Wonderful guide and tour - Berry was the most fabulous guide - so full of vivacious, infectious energy. She is from Geneva and clearly knows everything there is to know about her city. She had a really good knowledge of all the international institutions and had some great stories about Geneva and its people and history. Highly recommend.

Nice. - Honestly it was nice, the guide was super cool and not lacking in humor.
On the other hand, it is a travel bus (Irisbus Evadys style), not an open-air bus. It's not great for pictures, but the little train catches up.:)

Switzerland here we come - We had a great time strolling around town and the lake , enjoying the great architecture and the gorgeous views from the historical part of town

Mini bus tour of Geneva. - A very knowledgeable English speaking guide which meant we learnt more than just researching ourselves. I do not think we saw all the places we expected to see - for example, the Russian Church or the flower clock, which was disappointing.
Felt the tour was a little costly but being in a mini bus we were able to go more easily towards the Old Town. Also because the city is so small you can easily find your way by tram to many of the places. We were, however, pleased to have booked a tour before arriving.

Geneva is truly a jewel of architecture and charms - The reservation service was fast and efficient. We had some changes made and the process went well. The service was cordial. However, the trolley driver clearly did not want to be there, or that we were there and made us feel good. This is a tour with an audio guide, which we imagine is controlled by the driver. The timing of the locations was not always related to the buildings. This being so, the sights are beautiful and the City of Geneva makes the experience not to be missed. Just hoped the driver is in a good arrangement.

So,so - Raining, skipped some spots, did not get off the trolley at all in old city. Could be better. Plan your trip. Maybe warmer wether is better

Low Value for price paid - Underwhelming value is my description.
For what they charged was very disappointing.
Loaded into a huge bus that sped through the city, the announcer speaking so rapidly you could no connect what the scene to what was being said.
of the 2 hour tour I estimate 30 minutes of it was wasted down time .
Tour company got rich, we got poor......

Not worth the money. - Our tour guide spoke from the front of the bus and if your were sitting in the middle you couldn't hear him. Also bus was not air conditioned. I would not recommend.

System should be more flexible - My flight was late frmo the airport I tried to cancel the trip but system did not let me. I was charged 100% for no show. I believe it would be fair to refund at least 50%, considering it was not my fault
