• Jet d’Eau - The Jet d’Eau is a symbol of Geneva. It reaches a height of 140 meters, with 500 liters of water being propelled into the air every second at a speed of 200 km/h. The operation of the Jet d’Eau is managed by SIG, the company responsible for providing water, electricity, and gas to Geneva. When it’s operational and the wind conditions are favorable, visitors can approach it without getting wet.

• Palais des Nations - The Palace of Nations, constructed between 1929 and 1936, is situated in the heart of Ariana Park. It serves as the European headquarters of the United Nations and is the largest UN center outside of New York. Annually, over 25,000 delegates visit, and numerous artworks are displayed within its premises.

• Broken Chair Sculpture - This monumental wooden sculpture, standing 12 meters tall, was created by Swiss artist Daniel Berset and crafted by carpenter Louis Genève. It features a giant chair with a broken leg, symbolizing the opposition to landmines and cluster bombs, and serves as a call to action for visiting heads of state. Erected by Handicap International in August 1997, the sculpture was owned by Daniel Berset until 2004, when it was transferred to Handicap International.

• Quartier des Eaux-Vives - The Parc des Eaux-Vives, located in its namesake district, was established in the 16th century and extends from Parc la Grange, accessible through a gate. The manor house overlooking the park is a prestigious hotel-restaurant, offering a perfect spot to relax while enjoying stunning views of the lake and the Jura. The Flower Clock is a tribute to Swiss watchmaking excellence and was designed to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the International Committee of the Red Cross, founded in Geneva. • Cathedrale de Saint-Pierre - Saint-Pierre Cathedral, part of the Swiss Reformed Church, began construction in the 12th century and showcases a blend of architectural styles. It is renowned as the mother church of John Calvin, a key figure in the Protestant Reformation. Recent excavations beneath the cathedral have uncovered a rich history dating back to Roman times. Visitors can climb 157 steps to the top of the tower for a breathtaking view of the city and Lake Geneva.

• Reformation Wall - Located in Parc des Bastions, the Wall of the Reformers measures approximately 99 meters in length and 9 meters in height. Constructed between 1909 and 1917 to commemorate the 400th anniversary of Calvin’s birth, it features effigies of the four most influential Reformation figures in Geneva in 1559: Guillaume Farel, Jean Calvin, Théodore de Bèze, and Jean Knox. The Geneva motto, “Post Tenebras Lux” (After darkness, light), is engraved on the wall.
