Beautiful day in Zermatt paradise. Our driver/ guide David was very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. We had fabulous t - We had s very friendly driver David, who drove us from Geneva to Zermatt in brand new van. During the drive he EAs sharing with us all the important points of interest. Upon arrival we took Matterhorn Express gondola to the top and we were touring ice caves, ski slopes and we stopped at different points. We had a marvelous weather and experience. Definitely worth it!

Fantastic and well... - Fantastic and well organised trip. Materhorn, Zermatt and the Glacier Paradise are amazing. Bring warm clothes even if you go in Summer

Take a jacket as it is... - Take a jacket as it is very cold in the Ice Cave and it can be very windy. In the Old Town section it is difficult to walk with so many cyclist on the road and they don’t slow down for walkers

- Go to the Key Tours location near the bus station in Geneva and you will have no trouble finding your bus for the day. The views were phenomenal! I also had a great time seeing the ice cave. It was a wonderful trip and worth it to book this way since it is difficult to access Zermatt (no cars allowed there). Aristotle was a very friendly and knowledgeable bus driver who shared about the history of various cities as we drove to Zemratt. Thank you so much, Aristotle and Key Tours!

Day trip to the Matterhorn - Driver/tour guide was terrific! We stopped at the perfect place half way to our destination for a short break. Amazing experience, breathtaking views, and lifelong memories. This is a must do day trip from Geneve Switzerland

Great (very) full day tour - Wonderful experience. Our guide/driver, Roger, was excellent, providing color commentary, answering questions, and generally making sure the tour ran like clockwork. The tour itself is great, Zermatt is picturesque, the gondola ride up provides breathtaking views (just note it is REALLY cold at the top, even in the middle of the summer - bring a warm coat). Unfortunately, Matterhorn itself didn't get its peak out of the clouds on the day of our visit, but overall a great experience.

Amazing experience,... - Amazing experience, everyone should do it. Extremely lucky with the weather, absolutely picture perfect day. Only down side is the tour guide has to wait in line for the tickets. Surely these could be organised in advance of the group arriving.

Confusing and long - You are left to try and find the bus by yourself. There is absolutely no direction on the cable car or at the glacier paradise. Views are very dependent on weather and it is a lot of money and a long day to not even see the Matterhorn. This company has terrible customer service.

Take the Train and Visit at your Leisure - A 12 hour day with two-thirds of the day on a bus. Bus trip took four hours to reach Zermatt from Gare Routiere Geneva because of stop-and-go traffic, two additional pickup stops for four guests and a bus to the Glacier Paradise cable car. It took 30 minutes to ride the cable car to the Glacial Paradise. Repeat the aforementioned in our return trip to Geneva. A total of nine hours of transportation with only three hours to enjoy in the village of Zermatt AND the Glacial Paradise. Our guide David was professional, congenial, informative and kept us on track with very detailed meeting times to keep the tour within its timeframe. We felt very rushed, pressured and did not get a good opportunity to enjoy this spectacular area of the world. We did not feel $400 per person was worth our experience of nine hours of transportation getting to and from Zermatt and the Glacial Paradise.

Keytour Tours of Switzerland are inconsiderate and rude. - Viator was excellent with their scheduling, hotel and stay. It was the tour operator- who took away my one chance to go to Matterhorn at 78 yrs of age. She miscommunicated me the place for P.UP. 5min. past 6;45 AM, I called the office panicked, no response. After 3 times calling, I waited for 8 am then to get lied to, that she was there since 6:25 AM. and scolded me for calling an hour late. There was a back of another hotel, under the road above, where the P.U. and drop offs were taking place, this was between my hotel and the pickup hotel right opposite it, but with a common PU location for shuttles and TAXI. I could not find an approach to the very front of this hotel as the doors through this hotel were closed, so perceived this as the front of the hotel where PU at 6:45 was to be as, many hotels back side can look like front in larger cities. It was not the miscommunication, it was the inconsiderate and rude manner that, I being at the verge of crying, with so much time, effort and money to fill my bucket list at 78 yrs. was handled with without any compassion, and with stern replies. I asked for another person. ? DAVID or MIKE came on phone, he was very nice and concerned for my missing the tour, and that possibly missed by driver, stated that a photo of my not being at the spot will be sent. This took 4 hrs. to send to me! Again, every hour I would enquire, the same lady replied will do when we can. I lost the whole day waiting for photo, which showed a site by the road above both the hotels . area. I could have taken another tour at GENEVA, hoping they would make some arrangement for me to join the tour if the driver missed, but 4 hrs. delay for photo makes me doubt of it being genuine. My first day and first tour Switzerland was turning into a nightmare. Requesting VIATOR, that the tour operators MUST include a . photoof P.U. site, when they directly send us the details. I would further discourage the use of KEYTOUR TOURS for your customers travelling from all over the world. The staff refused to give me her name, when I stated that I need her name as I will report to VIATOR, she candidly replied and refused to give her name and that we are in Geneva and not in USA, we are not related to Viator in any manner. I am an American retired Surgeon and professor from Florida , after 51 yrs of service rendered to the needy, a young person in another country rebuking me ,with stating 'We cannot reschedule you, you are to blame" , and, that she was available when I Called 3 times at 6:50 and then scolding me for lying and calling her after one hour , again the photo comes in four hours to my phone with no other consolation of rescheduling or refund-all above to a professional at this one and last visit to Switzerland was horrific, a torture for 5 hrs hoping that they may reschedule me, as I had paid $200 + for it. Besides this sad incidence courteous and nice Swiss people and all other tours within 6 days of my stay made up for the bitterness of KEYTOUR TRAVELS! Sorry for lengthy note, as, I wanted tourists of my age to be warned and highly reputed VIATOR to be aware of their trust in KEYTOUR handling their customers.
