A great full day tour - A lovey walking, bus and boat tour. A very long and full day. Knowledgeable tour guides. Some busy places especially Portofino. Enjoyed the two boat trips at the end of the tour after a long day. The weather was lovely.

Awesome day in Genoa and surrounds - The highlight was our time in both Santa Margherita and Portofina. Both ports were excellent and we enjoyed a swim at the public beach. The city tour was informative and interesting.

One of Italys hidden gems - Most amazing and beautiful experience I’ve had in Italy. The local guid explained the history behind everything then gave the group time to split up and individually experience the culture and sights. I would highly recommend this trip, it’s unbelievably affordable for everything packed into the days itinerary.

Genoa - Wished we could have stayed more than 1 day! Such a nice town. We were on a cruise and only had 1 day to get around and see the many things.

Sometimes plans change! - There was a bit of a change to what we expected. We were combined with a large tour group from Milan. We had a short coach tour of the city, followed by a walking tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable but the mini headsets weren't working so she used a mic and speaker. We then recorded the coach and went to Santa Margherita where there was time for lunch before the boat ride to Portofino. There were a few delays with pickups etc. it meant that we only had an hour there, which is very beautiful. The Milan coach people were heading back to S. Margherita and the coach back to Milan. We jumped on a boat for a trip back to Genoa by sea, which was great.

Not very happy - We left Genoa 30 minutes late. We waited for a bus coming from Milan with other tourists, after which we went to explore Genoa by bus but also walking . I really liked the guide who introduced Genoa. After Genoa there was a bus ride to Santa Margherita, the guide who came from Milan remained to introduce, her English was not very good and she didn't seem to know everything she was trying to describe, at the stop in Santa Margherita she explained to us in bus the instructions for what was going to happen in the next few hours. It was raining outside, clearly we had to go out with the child and sit in the torrential rain because she wanted to explain everything again. This really annoyed me, it seemed to me that she behaved very rude , not everyone had an umbrella like her. This totally disappointed me.

Ok - This tour was great as far as destinations, but it was so busy when we arrived by boat, we lost our tour guide who was supposed to meet us there. It was close to 45 minutes before we found him.

Very Disappointed – Tour Canceled Last Minute - I had high expectations for this tour and was really looking forward to it, but unfortunately, it was canceled just three days before the scheduled date. I received very little notice and no real explanation for the cancellation, which left me scrambling to rearrange my plans on short notice. Would not recommend booking with this company if you’re looking for a stress-free and dependable experience.
