A wonderful tour - My Mom and I had such a wonderful time on this adventure! It was about an hour and a half and we learned about the history of the area and saw some iconic spots. Would highly recommend.

A quick get away - I would say the Demerara sunset cruise with Blackwater adventure is a must try for all types of visitors (both local and international tourist).
The new bridge made it convenient to get to the marina. Our guide Ms Angie was helpful in providing directions to the location and guidance from booking to the end of our tour. Talk about customer service !
The experience was serene ! Something about the water was calming. One of our favourites was getting to see the birds nest in the mangroves, especially a close up of the scarlet ibis ! The bright feathers is so captivating !
The beauty of the bridge comes alive seeing it from the water front as well ! Makes you super proud of witnessing where we came from to now something improved.
Kudos to Black water adventures for offering this opportunity to people

Awesome experience - We had an awesome time, the captain was awesome as well, we got to see the new Demerar Harbor Bridge, nesting birds and so many more from the River. The staff were very friendly and accommodating which made the trip even better.

Great! - Communication was very good, and the company was very flexible with scheduling. Angie and Sean were our staff, and they were very friendly, approachable, social, and outgoing. Sean provided background information about the area and what we were exploring. The sunset was beautiful. Once you're on the river, it's very relaxing and enjoyable. I would just say to be prepared—if you're coming from downtown, it will take extra time to get there, especially during rush hour. I do recommend the boat ride, though.

Hidden Gems and Incredible Views - The tour was absolutely lovely and very relaxing — well paced, smoothly organized, and full of beautiful scenery and perfect photo stops. It offered a great balance of leisure and informative commentary, with interesting stories and local insights that kept everyone engaged. Angie, our guide, was friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate; she pointed out hidden gems, answered all our questions, and made everyone feel comfortable. Ideal for couples, families, or solo travelers looking to unwind while learning something new. Overall we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this tour with Angie.

Beautiful and amazing experience - I have lived in Guyana most of my life and never knew that Guyana have such beautiful attractions I enjoyed tour the captain and the tour guide were amazing and friendly I loved it thank you Demerara sunset cruise for such an amazing experience

An Unforgettable Demerara Sunset Tour - The Demerara Sunset Tour was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. Watching the sun set over the river was breathtaking, and the whole experience was well organized and enjoyable. It was the perfect way to unwind and take in the natural beauty—highly recommended!

Birds - Very pleasant and helpful employees especially the Boat Captains. Beautiful evening views of the River and Birds. So many ships along the river bank. This is a must try experience to leave the Demerara River into the Atlantic Ocean

Great tour! - It was a fantastic experience overall. The Demerara River is beautiful and full of sights to explore and learn. Enrique, our pilot, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this tour to everyone interested in learning more about Guyana and seeing its impressive nature.
