Great start to our visit! - Doug Brown was informative and engaging. He pointed out things we never would have noticed on our own. We learned a lot in 1 short hour! Would highly recommend!

Karen provided an... - Karen provided an excellent tour providing various residents' perspective of the battle of Gettysburg. Crazy to see several shells embedded in the exterior walls of a couple of homes over 160 years later.

Battle of Gettysburg - how it affected the city. - Bill was friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about how the Battle of Gettysburg affected the city. This is an important perspective that is not always studied in history books. This tour is a slow walk with lots of stories.

- Kevin was exceptional. Tour guides are licensed which means they have to study and pass rigorous tests. We learned so much. He didn’t rush the information. The pace allowed the group to ask questions while we walked. Very engaging and fact based. Highly recommended.

Wow! Learned so much! - Brenda was an incredible guide! I highly recommend not just learning/touring the battlefields but also doing this walking tour. We learned so much about the citizens and the surrounding buildings. We had our 10 year old son with us and Brenda made it so much fun for kids and adults! You can’t go wrong with the 1 hr tour!

Wonderful tour - Ted did a fantastic job! - Ted did a wonderful job as our tour guide! Ted was super knowledgeable and showed us some great sites and told us interesting stories about them! His communication started a few days before our visit to thank us for signing up for it and looking forward to seeing us. He also followed up with us after to see if we had any further questions. Ted went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and that is greatly appreciated!

Awesome guide, awesome tour! - Our tour guide, named Kevin, was fantastic! He was well prepared, patient, and enjoyable. His tour was extremely informative, while being fun. He chose interesting spots with interesting history. If he didn’t know the answer to any questions we asked, he found out and even followed up with us after the tour with a text and shared the information he found. We will probably do another tour and hope that Kevin is our guide. Well done, sir! We loved it!

I must do experience! - Terry is the best! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about all things Civil War, but he’s also patient, witty, and engaging. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the walking tour with him. Next time we’re in Gettysburg, we will definitely be looking him up. A must do experience
