Short and best trek with Biru - I had an amazing experience on the 3-day Poon Hill trek with Couch Adventure Nepal. The trek was well-organized, and our guide, Biru, was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and always ensuring we had a great time. The sunrise from Poon Hill was breathtaking, with panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. The trek itself was a perfect mix of challenge and enjoyment, passing through beautiful rhododendron forests and charming villages. Highly recommend Couch Adventure Nepal and Biru for a memorable trekking experience!

Done excellent trek with CAN - Our 3-day Poon Hill trek with Couch Adventure Nepal was an unforgettable experience! Starting from Pokhara, we took a 4WD to Kimche and hiked through charming villages like Ghandruk, enjoying stunning mountain views. The sunrise from Poon Hill was breathtaking, with panoramic views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri. The trek down via Hile, followed by a 4WD ride back, made it a perfect short adventure.
Our guide Biru was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and always ensuring a smooth journey. Highly recommend this trek for anyone looking for a short yet rewarding Himalayan experience

3 days experience to Poon hill - Had an incredible short trek to Poon Hill with Couch Adventure Nepal! The itinerary was well-planned, taking us to Kimche and returning via Hile with a 4WD, which made the journey smooth and efficient. The sunrise from Poon Hill was absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.
Our guide, Amrit, was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and always ensuring we had the best experience. He shared great insights about the region, managed the pace perfectly, and made the trek both fun and memorable. The lodges were comfortable, and the meals were delicious.
Highly recommend this trek for anyone short on time but wanting a rewarding adventure in the Annapurna region. Thank you, Couch Adventure Nepal and Amrit, for an unforgettable experience!

3days Poon Hill Trekking - I was very anxious about joining alone, but my Guide Dodhi was very kind and supported me during the trek, as well as at the inn. It was a great tracking experience to see the sunrise of Annapurna mountain range that I had been hoping for! I would like to ask Dodhi again next time I visit Nepal.

Excellent service from Sham in Pokhara - Solo female traveller, I did an extensive research before choosing CAN and was extremely satisfied with the service: quick clear responses, prices aligned and I had an excellent guide.
I did the 3D-2N Poon hill trek: bus from Pokhara to Uleri then trek to Ghorepani, Poon Hill, Tadapani, Ghandruk => i massively recommend (be prepared for a lot of tourists in the morning hike to Poon Hill, not really my cup of tea but still worth the views)
Accommodations while trekking are super basic, but it’s part of the adventure. My guide was very attentive, we trekked in beautiful areas and I would 100% recommend and go back with them.
Prepare for the cold, end of March I didn’t expect how could it would be, especially at night!!
Thank you Sham for being such a great organiser and for your help

Great first time trekking experience! - Highly recommend this company. We were a group of 4 with 0 hiking/ trekking experience. It was a little challenging but worth it and doable. Our guide Prakash was fantastic and helped us so much along the way. He integrated into the group and really took care of us (helped with bags, pace, getting food, supplies we forgot, etc).

Most efficient tour to visit Poon Hill - The round-trip trek to Poon Hill is great with its paths, scenery, tea houses, etc.. Due to our limited schedule, we took the 3-day trek tour instead of the typical ones taking 4-5 days for Poon Hill round trip. Compared to the 4-5 day tours, it omits the foot of the mountain portion where walking through scattered villages will be the main activity. The start and finish points of the trek are just where the gradient begins to steepen, so I think the section where you can enjoy mountain trekking is well covered in this 3-day course.
Due to the bad weather, we unfortunately could not see the full panorama view from Poon Hill. However instead, from the village of Tatapani where we stayed the 1st night, we had wonderful morning with the super gigantic Annapurna South, and Machapuchure right in front of your eyes. Thanks to Mr Govinda, encouraging us with his positive words all through the tour, and helping fixing my broken shoe sole(both right and left….).
The trek seems to be designed for beginners, to be able to handle clients such as families with children, elderly individuals, people who are not used to hiking, etc, so
if you are fit and a regular walker, you may feel the trekking a little too short and easy.
It's a nicely maintained course with plenty of signs (so you cannot get lost) and numerous tea houses for meals and accommodation. It could be an option for you to organize everything by yourself and save money, if you have enough time, experience, and a local SIM.
What we felt disappointed was that entry/admission to Poon Hill was supposed to be included, but we had to pay for it. Although it's "only" 150 rupees per person, this kind of unpleasantness can leave a bitter taste in your mouth.
