Free Walking Tour Gent - We had the chance to do this Free Walking Tour in Ghent with Florian as guide, and it was a real pleasure! For nearly two hours, he captivated us with surprising anecdotes, well-dosed touches of humor and an obvious passion for his city. His enthusiasm is communicative and we see absolutely no time passing. The historic center of Ghent is relatively compact, which makes the walk very pleasant even for the less walkers. The tour allows you to discover the city’s emblematic places while learning about many historical and cultural details not found in a classic guide. Florian also takes the time to answer questions between stops, and speaks excellent English, Flemish and French – a real plus if you miss certain points. The organization of the tour is fluid, with an easy to find meeting point and a free contribution at the end. In short, if you are visiting Ghent, do not miss this tour!
