Very well organized schedules - I spent two weeks travelling in north, central and south Vietnam during this adventure. The travel agency was remarkably well coordinated, I was getting an update of my schedule for the next day with meeting time and place with my guide and driver. I had already gotten a full description and schedule of the trip day by day before departure. My agent Binh was a pleasure to deal with. Always accommodating and responding to my texts immediately. The trip included many locations throughout the country by air, train cruise ship and mini bus or private car. Always on time and very pleasant guides. Highly recommended.

Amazing 14 day Vietnam trip for my family of 7 (teens, SIL and mom + MIL) - After 45 years after leaving HCMC, Vietnam, it’s been a long overdue trip to show my kids where I was born and raised. Mr. Nichol Phung from Vietnam Travel (Asia Travel & Leisure) organized an amazing trip private tour for my family of 7 (which included our two teenage girls and 2 grandmas of age 85). The activities prepared were very well thoughtful for our family. The local tour guide selected were very accommodating and supportive for our family. I can’t speak enough of the personal service as needed during our trip. Nichol provided excellent communication throughout our stay whenever we have questions. Thank You For a Fantastic Guided Vacation, Nichol, and Asia Travel & Leisure / Vietnam Travel! - We booked a trip to Vietnam earlier this year, in April, through Vietnam Travel (Asia Travel & Leisure) and thanks to all the work that Nichol did, it was a fantastic trip. Most of the trip was a private family tour and because of how tailored and professional Nichol's efforts were, we didn't really have to worry about anything other than enjoying ourselves. Nichol was not only very knowledgeable and also extremely responsive and efficient, but really went the extra mile in tailoring our trip to our needs. To be frank, we weren't easy clients to take care of, as we made multiple changes to the itinerary to suit our own preferences, had some pretty specific needs in terms of room accommodations, and also had to make a late change to the total number of people in our group. All throughout this, Nichol was quickly processing changes, and doing this very promptly. He was always very easy to reach whether by e-mail or text chat. We usually go with the flow of things and never mean to present complications, but we did this time, and Nichol handled it all with grace, hospitality, and comprehensively great service. Our trip to Vietnam lasted for about a week and a half, roughly bringing us from Hanoi to Phu Quoc and then Saigon. From Hanoi, we took a day trip to Ninh Binh, an overnight cruise to Halong Bay, spent a few days in Phu Quoc, and then went to Saigon with a day trip to the Mekong Delta. The private guides and drivers we had throughout the trip took great care of us. The cruise ship we spent our time in Halong Bay was perfect. All hotels and accommodations we got were excellent. Nichol made everything very easy for us, both in the planning as well as in the actual traveling. Thanks to him, we had a trip to Vietnam with nothing but great memories.

FromHanoi to Saigon - Thank you My Linh for carrying us from Hanoi to HoChiMin City. I believe we saw the entire Vietnam and we enjoyed all the field trips! We even included golf into our vacation and it worked out superbly.

An awesome time in Vietnam - One of the most helpful and accommodating guides ever. We booked the entire Vietnam tour with them and Lily was a superb guide, always available and answering all questions we had. She gave helpful suggestions and was very flexible to our needs. The various tours we took in Ha Noi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh were all very well organised, not too crowded and I'd say very much value for money. Would definitely recommend this travel agency.

Overall nice. Good guides. Good transport. Good people 👍🏼 - Very good hospitality. I would love to book again. But one thing I would like to share, we went to see lacquer paintings , galleris and shops THRICE in the whole trip of 8 days from hanoi to ho chi Minh.

Book elsewhere for a good experience - I would not advise booking this day trip via viator. Our travel agent told us to meet up at 8am the day before, but we get a call saying they’re there at 7:30am and we have to rush down because the tour bus is causing traffic. Then we find out that we don’t have two activity tickets that the rest of the tour group has so we had to buy it in addition at the activity locations. The tour group guy seemed to be attacking us because we had no idea what was going on with the details of the booking. We are pretty easy going but this was a mess of a tour. Seems like the agent just threw us into a random tour group without any communication. Book elsewhere!
