• Mai Organic Farm - What to Expect:
  09:30 - Meet at the entrance of Pejeng Palace (located in front of Pejeng’s traditional market).
  Receive a warm welcome and introduction before visiting Pejeng market to purchase materials for making canang, a traditional Balinese offering to the gods. This market visit offers a unique insight into Balinese culture and supports the local economy.
  After collecting the necessary items for canang, proceed to a local home to craft the canangs, learn about their significance, and enjoy a refreshing herbal drink.
  Once the canang is completed, take a brief walk to Pura Penataran Sasih, an ancient temple known for housing the largest bronze drum.
  Following the temple exploration, visit Mai Organic Community to gain insights into organic farming. After the garden tour, learn to prepare the herbal drink from earlier and savor a traditional Balinese lunch.
