By spending a few hours at our local silver smith classes, participants will gain a wonderful insight into the traditional Balinese way of life and silver crafting. Located in the village of Celuk Sukawati, it is the center of silver craftsmanship in Bali. The silver class lasts approximately 3 hours.
Participants will learn and practice various basic silver jewelry making techniques, including: tools and their usage, sawing, stamping, hammering, soldering, sanding, polishing, working with silver, and safety guidelines, all under the guidance of expert tutors. At the end of the class, participants will leave with beautiful jewelry exclusively crafted by themselves.

In just a few hours at our local silver-smith workshops, you will gain a fascinating glimpse into our customary Balinese lifestyle and silver-crafting practices. Centrally located in the Celuk Sukawati village, the heart of Bali’s silver craftsmanship. The silver workshop will run for about 3 hours. You will learn and practice a range of basic silver jewelry techniques, including: tool use, sawing, stamping, hammering, soldering, sanding, polishing, handling silver, and safety guidelines, all under the careful supervision of expert instructors. At the conclusion of the class, you will walk away with an exquisite piece of jewelry that you have crafted exclusively by yourself.

Must do in Bali - This was hands down one of the most authentic and memorable experiences I had in Bali. Arik was an exceptional teacher who patiently guided me through every step of creating a ring of my choice. From etching my initials into the silver to sanding, soldering, smoothing, and filing, he explained each technique clearly and made the entire process approachable and fun.
The experience didn’t end there. Afterward, Arik generously gave me a tour of his family temple and compound, which added such a meaningful cultural layer and made this feel truly special, not touristy at all. I only wish my Grab hadn’t arrived so quickly so I could have stayed longer.
If you’re looking for a hands-on, authentic, and unforgettable experience in Bali, this is an absolute must-do. Highly, highly recommend.

Great experience, value for money. - Great time spent making a lovely ring for myself, I had a personalised jewellery lesson in the morning and so was given the full attention of the teacher. I was able to make a lovely ring to take home.
Experience 10/10 totally recommend you will not be disappointed.
I had attended a silver jewellery making class at another studio, this one was much better, the silver used much better quality.

We were welcomed by the... - We were welcomed by the family at the door and were given some cold drinks on arrival. We then went straight into it and he helped us decide what would work and what is too complicated. He helped us through each stage step by step always there ready to help if needed. They were all very helpful and polite. We felt very welcome and we couldn’t recommend it more based off the outcome of both rings, the workshop owner and his family helping us out making sure we were comfortable. Thank you so much

What a great afternoon of creativity and fun with a lovely outcome - I looked into a jewelry making class and decided to pick this one based on the positive reviews. We arrived at the class a bit untidy and were welcomed with open arms by a lovely crew who worked closely with us where needed and guided us where appropriate. It was a delightful afternoon, lots of fun and laughter and the outcome was each of us got a lovely ring that was just what we wanted.
I was so excited when i saw my favourite animal the Manta. we were able to integrate this lovely creature into my ring, my niece was able to make a matching pair for herself and her daughter and her friend was so excited to also make her dream ring.
I would totally recommend this class to any who are looking for a creative, light hearted, productive afternoon with great guidance and company

Interesting workshop but mixed result - A little disappointed with this workshop contrary to other opinions, the choices offered were less than what can be seen on the photos of the ad (no gemstones, no bracelet or pendant), and the quality of the silver leaves a little to be desired: after a few days one of the rings lost its "polished" appearance and began to oxidize...
