Lovely friendly staff especially driver John - We were collected by John our driver he was very friendly and professional and chatting to us about Bali and mostly Ubud. John shared what the trip would include and shared he’ll be staying around if he need any support. Our lead on quad bike was Jackson he was very helpful. Overall good experience

An exciting gem of a day - I've done ATV riding in many countries and this by far is apart of my top 3 experiences. Firstly, my driver John was truly amazing, from prr trip contact, to being on time or better said early so it was just an easy start to the day. While the journey was long from Nusa Dua he made plenty of engagement. The tour was a great 1.5-2hrs in the mountains of Bali, with many different tracks and courses both dry and wet especially the mud pools to really get the lead out of the ATV and get soaked. If it could have been longer I would have done it. Since we had quite a few people on the lower powered biked we split inton2 smaller groups which made for better ride enjoyment. I would recommend everyone do this as the level of excitment has to be the best in Bali

Great but not private - The tour was announced as private but ended up taking place in a group. Nevertheless, everything was well organized: punctual pick-up and return, smooth arrangements on-site, a very friendly guide, tasty food, and a pleasant group of fellow participants.

Super activity 🤩 - The quad was really great. Some technical problems but the responsiveness of the organizers is impressive. It is better to bring a change of clothes and a helmet cap could be provided in the service. The restaurant included was very good and enjoys a great setting. Udia was great for our transport from Ubud to Alasan Adventure and back. The car is a little tired but nothing abnormal for this type of vehicle. I think I'll take that driver back.
