Do not book - expensive and unprofessional - Wanted a short cycling adventure in Ubud so booked this trip which was the most expensive at $49 USD but marked as only 2 hours. In total it took 5 hours including the pick up and drop off times. First issue, the company called us and tried to charge us for pick up and drop off, even though all others include this in their fee. Range of bicycles were limited and even though I informed them we had a child, they did not have a suitable bike. In general the bikes were dirty and did not appear to be well maintained. They agreed to collect a different kids bike and told us it would take ten minutes. Forty minutes later standing on the side of the road, sweating and being stung by mossies, a new bike arrived. It appeared there were no other people in our group except our family and the solo guide who did not speak good English. The trip itself was ok but was not mostly downhill - there are some really steep uphill sections which meant we had to dismount several times. One section was also about 3 minutes on a very busy road with traffic which was scary. The path through the rice fields is minimal and very bumpy. A large portion of the ride was through local villages so again alongside traffic. Towards the end of the ride, the guide asked us if we wanted to buy silver jewellery...we declined but found this very weird. It felt like a last minute put together and not like an organised tour by a company.
