This covert multilevel bunker system out of plain sight, bore witness to significant events of World War II.
In spite of the damage suffered during the German withdrawal in January 1945, Wolf’s Lair continues to command awe with its massive concrete fortifications spread over a large expanse, indicative of the military might of Nazi Germany. Residing here was not just Hitler, but many of the Third Reich’s high ranking officials like Goering, Bormann, Keitel and Jodl, further cementing Wolf’s Lair’s importance.
As we make our return, we will make a stop at one of three locations: Mamerki, home to more historical bunkers, a medieval castle, or a beautifully designed baroque church with stunning interiors. The decision is yours to make!
