• Chrysotile - Upon arrival, a brief safety briefing will be conducted. The journey will then commence on a trail primarily composed of dirt and small rocks. Initially, the route will follow the mountain’s ridgeline, offering views of expansive high plains and deep canyons. The tour will traverse a 100,000-acre cattle ranch, where there is a high chance of spotting cattle herds. After departing the cattle ranch, the path will lead through high plains desert featuring Juniper and other pine trees. The journey will continue on a forest service road through mountain passes with switchbacks, providing stunning views of the Salt River Canyon. There will be a stop at an overlook of the Salt River Canyon, offering a fantastic photo opportunity. This stop will last approximately 30 minutes. The ride will proceed past Cenec Lake and its abandoned resort, followed by a short drive on the highway back to the starting point.
