Beautiful cave and beautiful nature - It was a nice drilling trip: sitting on top of deck. The trip is well organized: the boat stops to see fish: you see them beautifully. The stop in the cave is spectacular, never done before. 2 hours of beautiful sailing trip. Beautiful nature.

Bad surprise - Superb experience , the children also loved, kind staff but very big problem and surprise at the end , we were not disembarked at the starting point but at more than three km , distance indicated on the GPS phone , 4 young children and two people over 70 years old and more with joint pathology I let you imagine the rest .On the boat there was a person in a wheelchair who are normally welcomed, I hope she had been informed of this particularity . However, it is stated in the description that we have returned to the starting point. If it had been mentioned we would have planned our return

The boat itself was fine, but the so-called translation to Dutch was nothing to understand. - Translation to Dutch was very bad, also the trip was very short and the cave was really strange, nothing special as far as we and certainly several guests are concerned. You have 10min to watch the fish, this was fun for the kids to do but fairly short. In general it says “you stop where you start” in our case it was not so, as said the translation and the broadcasting in general was very bad. So unfortunately we got off with 2 young children in the wrong place, unfortunately have to walk 45min. Not entirely due to the organization but this could have been clearer as far as we are concerned.

Bad experience - We had a delay of 5 minutes because we had trouble finding a parking space. When we arrived they were already gone. No refund solution, no solution to put us on another tour, nor to reschedule us to another day. In short, no solutions. Bad experience with them.
