• Pyramids of Giza - Begin your journey from the designated location with your tour guide (if the hotel is out of range, the driver will arrange the pickup) and travel across Cairo to the magnificent Pyramids of Giza. Here, you will marvel at the pyramids of King Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. The tour continues with a visit to the Valley Temple of Khafre, where the royal body of Khafre was received. This temple was constructed for the mummification process of King Khafre. Finally, enjoy a close-up view of the Great Sphinx, the guardian of the Pyramids, featuring a lion’s body and the head of King Khafre. • Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) - Khufu’s pyramid is the only surviving wonder of the ancient seven wonders, standing tall today! It was the tallest building on earth for over 3800 years. The complex includes a valley temple, now beneath the village of Nazlet el-Samman; diabase paving and nummulitic limestone walls have been discovered, though the site remains unexcavated. • Giza Pyramids - The second tallest pyramid in the complex is dedicated to King Chefren or Khafre. The entire complex is well-preserved, allowing you to explore the valley temple and the causeway of King Khafre with your Egyptologist. • Menkaure Pyramid - The smallest pyramid on the Giza plateau, now standing at about 61 meters high, is unique due to the granite outer layer that remains on its lower part. The granite was sourced from Aswan, over 1000 kilometers from Giza.
• Pyramids of Giza - Khafre’s pyramid complex includes a valley temple, the Sphinx temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple, and the king’s pyramid. The valley temple revealed several statues of Khafre, discovered in a well in the temple floor by Mariette in 1860.
• Panoramic view of the Pyramids - Next, visit a panoramic viewpoint of the six pyramids and the city of Giza, where you will spend 30 minutes taking photos and enjoying the scenery. The panorama is a fantastic spot for a camel ride.
• Memphis and Sakkara - The Sakkara Pyramids are located just 27 km southwest of Cairo. Visit the Step Pyramid, built for King Zoser, which is a significant part of the pyramid evolution process, transitioning from a simple mastaba to its well-known form.

Your tour will begin as you are collected from your Cairo accommodation. From the moment your tour starts, your guide will provide you with full attention. Once in the car, your guide will talk to you about all the things on the way, as well as other aspects of your tour that will interest you.

You will begin your tour traveling to the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus, before later proceeding to visit the Great Sphinx, which dates back to the time of Chephren. You will then visit the Valley Temple of the Pyramids, whilst also enjoying many outstanding photo stops.

You will move on to visit the Step Pyramid of Zoser in Sakkara, home of Egypt’s oldest pyramid which was built in the third dynasty for King Djoser. Finally you will proceed to Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt where you can observe the great Statue of Ramses Il and the alabaster Sphinx of Memphis. At the conclusion of your tour, you will travel in comfort back to your hotel.
