From the very beginning, everything was well-organised and stress-free. The early start was absolutely worth it for what turned out to be a day full of unforgettable moments. A huge thank you to our guide, Sherif, who was simply outstanding. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine care for our experience made all the difference. He brought the history of Egypt to life in a way that was engaging for both adults and our children (12 & 14). We honestly feel like we would have missed so much without him. Having a private car and driver waiting for us at every stop made the day incredibly smooth and comfortable, especially in the Cairo heat. It allowed us to move at our own pace and really soak in each location. The Egyptian Museum was fascinating, and Sherif made sure we saw all the key highlights while also giving us space to explore a bit on our own. The optional felucca ride on the Nile was a peaceful break in the day and offered a unique view of the city. One of the real highlights was lunch — a delicious meal served in a restaurant with a glass window overlooking the Pyramids. The view was breathtaking and something we’ll never forget. Visiting the Pyramids and Sphinx up close was every bit as awe-inspiring as we hoped, and Sherif made sure we captured the perfect photo spots and understood the history behind what we were seeing. This tour gave us memories that will last a lifetime. We can’t recommend it highly enough — and if you can request Sherif, you’ll be in the best hands possible

Pyramids & GEM - Everything was great, from the communication before the trip to the lift back to the hotel from the airport. Our guide, Sherif, was extremely helpful and passed on his knowledge throughout the trip. Our day was very busy but with the help of Sherif we saw parts of the Pyramids I never thought I would get to see, and he also went above and beyond carrying our bags of water around for us and taking our photographs. The trip around the Grand Egyptian Museum was spectacular, and was a very welcome few hours in air conditioning. The lunch that was provided was very tasty too. I would highly recommend this trip.

Amazing experience and Sharif is a credit to the team - Myself and my partner did the Sharm - Cairo Flight and Pyramid tour, including the museum. Sharif exceeded our expectations and was constantly on hand to take our photos and make our day memorable. You get sent your flight details the day before and it’s an easy process to get picked up from the hotel and dropped off at Sharm airport. You then collect your trickers and Sharif met us in Cairo. We can’t express enough how good this tour was and how good value for money it was. Sharif helped us with buying items from locals and I imagine we would have been harassed 10x more if we didn’t have him with us. Lunch was great and we opted for the Nile cruise which was a great relaxing part of the day. If we’re ever in Egypt again the we would be definable doing another tour with Sharm Club, hoping that Sharif is our guide.

Best tour guide -Sharif - What can i say, what an experience we had. Myself and my cousin did this tour with our tour guide Sharif and from pick up to Flights to the whole day it couldn’t have been better organised. We were both really looked after and made our visit to Cairo and the Pyramids memorable and unforgettable!! Thank you Sharm club and Sharif!!

Personal guided tour to the Pyramids, Sphinx and Museum - Fabulous day organised by Sharm Club. Our guide Sherif was THE BEST!!! Very knowledgeable, fun to be with, allowing us time to do everything we wanted and took some great photos with our phones to treasure the memories of the experience. Mostafa our driver was so calm and patient taking us safely to each attraction. Lunch was included in the price, which was a delicious choice of Chicken or Kofta (we had one of each so we could try both) in a restaurant overlooking the Sphinx. Highly recommend.

Great Day to remember - Amazing day. Sherif was our guide who was very experienced and knowledgeable making the day very interesting and relaxing making sure we saw all the sights and artefacts yoh would want to on a trip like this. We had great food looking over the pyramids!! Couldnt recommend Sherif any more, a fantastic day I will remember forever. P.s hes also a great photographer too and knows all the best spots for photos

Perfect day exploring the pyramids, museum and sphinx. !! Must do. - We had an amazing day with Sherif, could not fault the service and his knowledge. We flew from Hurghada and everything was made really simple for us with excellent communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, enjoyed every minute and would do it again. You can tell Sherif is so passionate about what he does, the tour was engaging, interesting and lunch also lovely! Thanks so much Sherif. I’ll recommend this tour to everyone when I get home! Also forgot to mention, we didn’t expect to be just the two of us and Sherif. So excellent for the price all day

Avoid at all costs!!!! Completely incompetent Company - I booked a once in a lifetime Trip for my sons 21st Birthday and can only say the whole holiday was ruined by Sharm club. We were due to fly to Luxor on Saturday the 28th of October, the day before the Luxor trip I received a message from Sharm Club to say that unfortunately the flight had been cancelled. Without first consulting with myself I was informed that they had swapped our booked trip to Cairo on the 2nd October and we would then go to Luxor on this date instead. I asked for timings for the following day and received a message along with our electronic boarding passes. I was advised we were being picked up at 07.30 Hrs and our flight was 09.30 Hrs Sharm - Cairo. The original itinerary was a 06.00 flight and the first visit should have started at 09.00 Hrs at the Egyptian museum The 09.30 Hrs flight was delayed by an hour so we never arrived to the museum until 12.30 Hrs. We had an hour in the museum then onto a Half hour Nile boat ride, from there we were transported to Giza arriving at the Pyramid complex at 14.57 Hrs. We then received a rushed tour of the Great pyramid which we did at least get a chance to go inside the great chamber, from there we were literally dragged toward the Sphinx stopping for a few rushed photographs. We did not get the opportunity to even come close to the other Pyramids and were then directed from the Sphinx to the restaurant across the road for the Lunch that was originally planned for 12.00 Hrs, we had not had anything to eat since the airport in the morning and sat down to our meal at 16.20 hrs. In total 1hr 20 mins at the pyramids then straight to the airport for a flight that was booked an hour earlier returning to Sharm from what was originally booked in April 2024. Obviously on our return to the hotel I was very angry as well as very disappointed. The following day I contacted Sharm club to discuss my concerns, I was basically advised it was not their fault the flight was delayed, as I explained we should have been on the first flight to Cairo that morning, I was informed that this was not available at the time of booking. I contacted EgyptAir and they have informed me the flight was available and had ample seats available. I also spoke to Sharm club and asked why if they could not get us on the earlier flight on the Saturday then why did they not first check to see if another date would have be preferably as they do daily trips to Cairo, they informed me they made the decision for us as they felt we would still have the full "Experience", four hours cut short off the booked trip and that wasn't including the hours delay???? As per the start of this review, we were informed Luxor flight had been cancelled hence the change, I contacted Sharm Club to find out when they were made aware of this cancellation, I was informed that they only found out on the 27th September, however our flight tickets to Cairo were issued on the 25th of September, two days prior to them being made aware of said cancelled flight, I have asked the question as to why these tickets were issued on that date but they have ignored the question. I again contacted them on the 29th of September to confirm the Luxor flights had in fact been confirmed for the 2nd of October, I was informed they were and I would be sent the details on Tuesday 1st at 14.00 Hrs, as promised and at the exact time I then received a message apologising that unfortunately due to an airline error our names were not on the flight schedule so basically our trip to Luxor would not happen and they would refund the money, if I was not already suspicious of their professionalism as a tour operator this just clarified my suspicions of their incompetency! So less than half a tour of Cairo and now two days before our return to Scotland we did not get to go to the valley of the kings. I have spent over two weeks trying to get a plausible explanation for this horrendous service, they have tried to lie about the time spent in Cairo providing a fabricated list of timings, however I provided time stamped photographs and receipt for admission to the great pyramid purchased at the ticket office disproving this. I have finally received 25 percent compensation of the Cost of the Cairo trip to reflect the horrible experience which I found to be totally insulting, they have ignored my request for compensation in regard to Luxor being "Cancelled" they did offer a complimentary boat trip, Sharm city tour or airport transfer but all of these were already booked through the main travel company. In summery, from booking the Trips in April and with a very basic email receipt confirming my booking and remainder of balance must be handed in cash I was sceptical that they were a reputable company but went on the fact there are so many great reviews submitted on trip advisor. What should have been an amazing experience was ruined completely by Sharm Club and I do not want other people to have their trips ruined. Only positive comment I can make that confirms other reviews is that Sherif was an amazing guide, it is just unfortunate we did not get the full day with him that we paid for. All information has been documented including the route we were taken at the pyramids if anyone would like to see what they referred to as having provided us with the full "Experience"
