London group - had the best time ever with Remo tours.
I had an incredible time on this tour! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and brought the history of ancient Egypt to life with fascinating stories and insights. Highlights included the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, and down the Nile—an unforgettable experience. Splendid Country with spkendid people - I had already been to Egypt and I wanted to take my daughter to see this splendid Country. Rimo tours organized this and other tours for me quickly and with professionalism and competence. They gave us a guide, Hoda, who was very good, knowledgeable and very kind, who patiently accompanied us together with the equally good and very kind driver Fadi to discover the beauties of the Country. I publicly thank Hoda and Fadi for their courtesy. I will definitely organize my next trip to Egypt through Rimo tours asking to be accompanied by them.

Day in Cairo - Hello,
We had a great trip to Cairo.
The Guide was perfect...
An exceptional day!
We went to the Cairo Museum, then to the pyramids and the sphinx!
Everything was exceptional except the carriage with pyramids, to avoid!
Otherwise the Guide was perfect!
Nice experience but travel a bit long, lots of stops, Check point with the police! Duration of travel: 7 hours driveway and 7 hours return, but to do!

A good driver! - I had Emad Naguib, he came to pick us at the airport, our flight was 1hour late and he was still waiting us.

Memorable time spent at the Giza pyramids - Rimo tours were very friendly, helpful and provided good inputs to select the tour and we're also able to organise a guide as part of the tour that helped us relate to the story of the pyramids lot better.
Our driver Mr.Fadi was superb, not only being patient with us while we covered the tour but also ensured that we remained comfortable as a family throughout the time and also showed us some unique viewing points from where we could see spectacular views of the pyramids and the panorama. Mr. Fadi also doubled up as a photographer and entertained our requests in clicking family pictures, very kindly.

Average Experience, Cars need Maintenance. - We booked most of our airport transfers from booking.com which is partnered with Rimo Tours. Later we also booked the Giza Pyramid Half Day Tour with them. The cabs of Rimo Tours were not clean and needed maintenance. Overall the staff, experience, the customer care service everything was just average. Our tour guide was very experienced. Her shop office we were sitting at kept forcing us to buy something. Their horse cart vendor named Ali, at Giza Pyramids kept passing comments and flirting with us women, which really pissed us off and ruined our Giza experience. While we were in Egypt we also found Emo Tours Company in Luxor and Cairo. They gave us a much better and professional service compared to Rimo Tours. I strongly recommend booking with Emo Tours rather than Rimo Tours. Emo tours competitively had much better customer care support, staff, experienced tour guides and very nice and comfortable cars.

Feel scammed - I wouldn’t recommend going with this company, we paid 40 usd just for a ride and basic talk about it. There after we were recommended to another guy who we paid 110 usd for the actual tour. So basically over paid, we were lied to basically that that tour was for 40 usd initially. Anyway Hoda was decent. I wouldn’t recommend this travel company for a trip to the pyramids

DISHONEST COMPANY - DON'T USE THEM - We booked the trip to Giza pyramids and SPECIFICALLY got Rimo to included camel rides for all 5 of our group.
Their confirmation email listed "Camel Ride Included".
When we got there, we were delivered to the office of a camel ride operator who asked if we would like the 30, 60 or 90 minutes ride.
We informed him that we had paid Rimo for the trip, so we would accept whichever camel ride they had book for us.
The operator told us that Rimo had booked NO camel ride so we would have to pay extra for one. As we had children with us who would have been EXTREMELY disappointed, we paid (what we later learned was WAY too much) for the camel rides that we had already paid RIMO for.
As far as we are concerned, RIMO are dishonest con artists working with local agents to scam vulnerable tourists.
We had also booked RIMO for 2 further tours to Alexandria and Saqqara which I cancelled (for obvious reasons). They promised a refund, which has not yet come through to my Visa card but, so far, it's only been a week. I will update this review if the refund does/doesn't materialise.
I could detail a whole other story about being taken, en-route, to the shop of papyrus sellers who gave us a VERY long (75 MINUTES+) lecture on pyramid construction conspiracy theories, but that was just annoying, not technically dishonest

Egypt is great! Imo Tours IS NOT!!!!! - Would give less than 1 star if possible. Truly felt scammed. Briefly: The Rimo Tours "office" was located inside the airport (T3), so as to give an official feel. We were politely talked to about a few hour trip, and promised an English tour guide, tour of the pyramids + sphinx, as well as a brief stopover at a local market. We paid $65 per head for three. Outside the Cairo airport we were introduced to a driver who took us over to his car and as driving away told us that he could not speak English. We were communicating through Google Translate (Arabic to English and vice versa). The driver then went through crowded lanes (wasting valuable time) leading to guides, horse carriage dealers, all of who could give us the tour! When we declined the driver just left us outside the Pyramid + Sphinx complex to fend for ourselves. It was hot and extremely difficult for us to find our way, fend off locals wanting to give us rides, buy tickets for us, etc. Truly was a nightmare experience. Really took away from our experiencing the beauty and grandeur of the Egyptian monuments! We rushed back to the car, did not speak a single word to the driver. There was no market stopover either. Regret very much trusting Rimo tours and their operator/s.

Do not book - scammed out of £170!!! - Husband and I are in Egypt for two weeks… we booked two tours with Rimo tours. Very good with communication until you’ve given them money. Then radio silence. The tour says English speaking guide - not true. Drivee didn’t know English, kept taking us to shops that kept pressing us for money. Driver took us to a Giza tour where we were told the only way to the pyramids is by private tour (we thought we had paid for this.) Ended up being charged £170 on top of what we paid. Tried contacting customer service for two weeks - limited to no response.
All we were given is the below

We are already investigating into this case, and we will reply back to you ASAP.

Still yet to receive any money back or an explanation. Claimed we booked an additional upgrade while on tour - we didn’t have any other option but to go on this tour, this is where the Rimo tour driver will take you.
