How can one see the pyramids and complain ? It was my second time here and always a pleasure. - The tour overall was pretty nice, just found the camel ride very short….Our tour guide Areeg,was such a sweetheart, showed us everything included in the tour and told us many important historical facts. Eventhough our tour didn’t include the inside of the third pyramid ,Areeg helped us get our tickets on site and get in, she was very patience with us taking pics and super caring. Loved the good vibes. Thanks Areeg <3

Truly Magnificent - This tour was awesome... I was picked up in a private car, and I thought I was going to be part of a bigger tour but I wasn't. I had my own very knowledgeable tour guide Bassem and great private driver Omar, I was extremely comfortable in the air conditioned car as we traveled to the pyramids, everything I had questions about Bassem gave me all the rich Egyptian history of it. It was at my pace, no one else's. I rode a camel, went in and out of the pyramids, visited the sphinx, saw how papyrus was made, how the Egyptian invented essential oils, and had phenomenal Egyptian food for lunch. It was an experience of a life time and it didn't take all day. I highly recommend this trip and definitely ask for Bassem and Omar they will take great care of you.

Giza pyramids tour - Mary Youakem was an incredible tour guide! She was so knowledgeable, friendly and showed me a great time. She also took me to the Sultan Adam aromatherapy oil factory and an authentic Egyptian lunch. Highly recommend you ask for Mary.

Rana is amazing - Our guide Rana was incredible: friendly, clear explanations, on time, and speaks Spanish very well. If you come to Egypt, she and the transportation are the best.

Best tour ever with Omar - The tour was great because of Omar, is a great guide. He taught us a lot about pyramids and ancient Egypt, but also he is very friendly and took us to shops and typical restaurants after the visit.

A wonderful guide - My guide Zozo was great!
From a day before starting my tour he kept an eye on everything and was even able to help me when I asked him to start the excursion a little later because I arrived very tired of my flight the night before.
Zozo, he speaks Spanish very well and when he started my tour he gave me many interesting facts about each point of interest.
Being my first day in Cairo she even helped me with some things I needed to start my days in Egypt.
I definitely highly recommend her, I can say we made a wonderful friendship.

Our beautiful trip - The trip was good, as planned. Our guide, Essam, and our driver did a good job.
Essam was a good professional. We’ve received enough answers to our questions. The tour of perfume was not our interest.
Ultimately, the price/performance was good.

Beware of the places (as they call ‘museums’) that they take you after the tour. - The tour guide was very kind.
The explanations remain moderate, but we understand that this is what we get for 15$ pp.
However the main concern is: the guide took us to shops, for which he did not give us any guidelines after we asked, he rather said they were ‘museums’ where we will be explained how papyrus/oils are made and we can buy something if we want.
When we came there, those were shops, with good selling strategies, explanation was very short, selling prices were written and looked fixed. We bought some items for very high price even after a discount. Only later we checked the places he took us are:
- scamming people with their prices
- we should have persistently bargained
- the guides get commissions for the sales made
We would much rather respect him being honest to us, informing us in advance what is a fair price for the items, explaining us where we are going, etc. And he would get both tip and positive review.
And yes we should have get informed before buying anything but isn’t that exactly why we booked a guide for? We pay them to help, not to make locals scam us.
