Unforgettable experience - Amazing experience! Carlos is awesome! Good vibe, knowledge and friendly! The places he brought us were great and his enthusiasm to explain the history behind the sculpture make us more interested in the Egyptian culture !

Absolutely Amazing!! (It wouldn’t let me put that in all caps) - What can I say but ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! 5 Stars in not enough! Mirette was an absolute joy to work with planning and customizing our tour. Mahmoud, our guide was so knowledgeable and genuinely intent in making sure we had the best experience. Mahmoud is fantastic!
It is always best when a tour goes without a hitch. However, the real test of a tour company is how they handle those hiccups. Through no fault of the tour company our group had a couple of hiccups. Mirette, Mahmoud and our driver, Ahmed, were incredibly caring and professional, working together to resolve those hiccups, even though it wasn’t their hiccups.
As for our driver, Ahmed, he was incredible, navigating the streets, highways and Egyptian traffic with incredible skill.

Highly Recommend – Amazing Guides and Experience! - I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Dina and Sherif were already waiting for us when we arrived, and the driver was attentive and professional—he even provided us with water and gave us a smooth, comfortable ride.
Dina is incredibly kind, energetic, and engaging. Listening to her share the history was both entertaining and insightful—you can immediately tell how knowledgeable she is. I especially appreciated how eager she was to share her culture with us, which made the experience feel even more special.
I highly recommend taking a tour with them. I’m truly grateful to have met Dina and Sherif!

Wonderful way to see the Pyramids and Museum. - What a great way to experience the Pyramids and the Museum! Mohamed was a terrific tour guide. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. He was very excited to share his knowledge of Egyptian history and culture. Our driver was amazing too. The pick ups and drop offs were well coordinated, we never had to wait in the heat. Thanks again for the great memories and tour.

Take this tour. It’s fantastic. - What a great day. Camels, pyramids, Sphinx, lunch, shopping, museum is a must see.
Our guide Kerolus was so friendly and knowledgeable. Answered tons of questions from our group. Highly recommended.

Pyramids look at you, never the way around - Amazing ! I thank the friendliness of the Jojo Cruise team and they efficiency.
Brand new car, air-conditioning all the way to the base of the pyramids, tri-language tour guide (arabic, english and Spanish) made our little team, Australian and Spanish fully knowledgeable of all around us simultaneously. Thanks, truly Youssef for making the day unforgettable.
The service felt one to one and way better than a bus full of tourists. The car was fast dynamic and parked everywhere.
The restaurant was fantastic and the desserts a full experience. I recommend to carry some cash in US$ to help yourself around for the little things as well as tipping.

Great Egyptian day trip Pyramids and GEM - A great full day excursion visiting the Pyramids, Sphinx and the Grand Egyptian Museum GEM. We had a great knowledgeable guide Dina and our driver was fantastic maneuvering through the traffic. Our guide was so easy to understand and we had a great lunch.

Awesome Cairo Experience w Kyrollos - Kyrollos was an amazing guide! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and happy to show us anything we asked, including some great local shops. It was amazing we'll do it again - It was amazing My tour guide was the best one I've ever had it was just me and him and I got hurt my first day so we went slow and he took good care of me and we even went to a couple places that weren't on the list I would do it all over again and I hope to have him again someday

Questionable. - The provider does not have the permits to come onto the cruise port in Alexandria. The provider does not have the permits to go onto the Giza Plateau. With that being said, I wish I would have done more research on what to expect. The Pyramid complex was only open for 2 hours when we finally arrived. We rushed through, got a few pics. We were then taken to a friend/family’s shops and then to another. When we protested and requested to go back to the ship, our requests were ignored. We finally made it back to the ship. The tour guide provided no commentary on our tour. She just checked her phone.
On the 3 hour drive to Cairo, we were not offered a break, to use the restroom.
The tour may be positive if it originated in Cairo,
The 5 other people, I was traveling with, felt the exact same way. This tour was not good value.
Unfortunately, my experience was negative. I would not recommend this company, nor would I rebook.
