• Pyramids of Giza - Guests will be picked up from their chosen location or hotel to embark on a journey through Cairo. The tour begins with a visit to the Great Pyramids of Giza, followed by a stop at the panoramic area for delightful short camel rides. Visitors will then explore the Sphinx and the Valley Temple of Khafre, where the royal body of Khafre was received. The Valley Temple was constructed for King Khafre’s mummification process. Finally, guests will have an up-close view of the Great Sphinx, the majestic guardian of the Pyramids with a lion’s body and King Khafre’s head. Time spent at each site is flexible to accommodate guests’ preferences.
• Valley Temple of Khafre - This temple was built to protect the pyramids of King Chephren. Visitors will explore the Valley Temple, which is part of the Pyramids of Chephren complex. The temple served as a purification site.
• Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) - Khufu’s pyramid is the only surviving wonder of the ancient seven wonders, standing tall for over 3800 years as the tallest building on earth. The complex includes a valley temple, currently buried beneath the village of Nazlet el-Samman. Diabase paving and nummulitic limestone walls have been discovered, though the site remains unexcavated. With the guidance of an expert Egyptologist, guests can explore the entire area. (Please note that entering the pyramid requires a special ticket, and assistance is available.)
• Menkaure Pyramid - The smallest pyramid on the Giza plateau, now approximately 61 meters high, the Menkaure Pyramid is unique due to its granite outer layer, which remains on the lower part of the pyramid. The granite was sourced from Aswan, over 900 kilometers from Giza!
• Panoramic view of the Pyramids - Guests will visit a panoramic viewpoint of the six pyramids and the city of Giza, where they can spend 10 minutes taking photos and enjoying the scenery.
• Baron Palace - The Baron Empain Palace, also known as Le Palais Hindou (The Hindu Palace), is a unique and historic Indian-inspired mansion in Heliopolis. Inspired by Cambodia’s Angkor Wat Hindu temple, it was constructed between 1907 and 1911. The palace was designed to rotate so that its front door always faces the sun.
