Excellent service,... - Excellent service, everything was on spot. Meals were plentyful and the guides made sure to show you around and give you time for exploring the area and taking pictures. You should realize however that all these 1-night trips are in effect car trips and you spend 8 hours/day or more in a car. So if you want to explore the desert on foot / camel you better book 2 nights right away

Amazing experience at Bahriya overnight camping - It was an amazing experience! I highly recommend it. We enjoyed all the activities. The picked us up and drove us back to the hotel in a comfortable air-conditioned van. Halfway to the desert we were picked up by 4wheel drive cars and we had a safari ride to the desert. We saw different amazing sand/rock formations where we were given time to take photos. They took us sand boarding, to the crystal mountain, oasis where you can take a quick swim, lunch at a local restaurant and finally to the camp site where we witnessed the breathtaking sunset! We slept in assigned tents and they provided sleeping bags and mattresses. There is no toilet so just hide behind the rocks 😄 We had dinner with all the guests from all over the world. The next day sunrise watching which was equally amazing! Our tour operator Mohamed was great, no none-sense guy who took care of us as tourguide, driver, cook, waiter, tent builder, cameraman, all-rolled into one! It was the highlight of our trip and we really enjoyed it!

This was a wonderful... - This was a wonderful experience, completely different from being in Cairo. Saw the Black Desert, Crystal Mountain, and White Desert - all of which were spectacular. Ate a traditional Bedouin dinner under the stars. We even had a chance to try sand boarding!

Tour in beautiful surroundings - Everything is being delivered. Great food and friendly host. White desert visit was short. Clear timing communication would help.

Very Nice trip ending with one lazy driver - The trip was exciting and the staff handling desert trip was very good and caring. We enjoyed the entire trip except the driver picking up and dropping off hotel. He was busy talking non-stop on the phone over hours during the round trip between the hotel and desert connection point. Finally he dropped somewhere and said only one minute walk to hotel. We have no idea where we were. After opening the google map, it was 10 minutes walking with baggage’s.

Beautiful views and low price but very poorly organized - The destinations are worth going to, and there's no tour online cheaper than this one to get you there. But you should know that's for a reason, and the reason is that organization is essentially nonexistent. Here are the results: - They coordinated my pickup minutes in advance, early in the morning, after leaving me on read the night before. It ended up working fine, but caused a lot of stress. - The drive was over 2 hours longer than they said, in part because the driver took a 30 minute smoke break - They didn't provide a list of recommended supplies or explain what they already had so people came to the campsite without important items. - They didn't tell us they were holding our luggage all night. People had items they wanted and at least one person had medication in there, since we assumed we'd be able to access it. - The guides barely spoke any English and provided zero information about anything we have seen - We received zero information about how long the drives would be, when we would get food or water (infrequently), where we were going, what we were doing, or how long we were doing anything - I was rushed out of the lunch and had to quickly drink the tea, which is totally not how Arab culture is authentically practiced - It was extremely windy when they did sandboarding. I'm not sure if they didn't check weather conditions or if high winds in the area are just hard to avoid. I was in pain with sand in my eyes, and while I was sitting next to the driver trying to rinse my eyes out he started driving despite my request to wait a minute, spilling my water. - One of the cars was inspected for damage after the driver did an unannounced jump over a dune. A planned activity? Maybe, but they did not tell us that would happen in advance - My tent couldn't fully seal and it dropped to 7 degrees Celsius (45 Fahrenheit for Americans) at night. - The tour was "2 days 1 night". It's just not two days. From start to finish, the tour portion clocked in at 22 hours in total, and on the second day the tour portion ended at 10 AM. - For 22 hours in the desert, plus 6 hours of driving each way, they gave us 500 ml of water. There were only two opportunities to buy more and we weren't told how little water we'd get. I didn't have any issues other than that. The food was acceptable and there was enough of it provided. I really enjoyed walking around the locations unguided, and got the cool experience of being alone in the desert because they told us nothing and didn't accompany us at all or tell us where to go. TLDR: If you don't care that the tour company struggles with basic organizational skills, and want beautiful views at the cheapest online price, book this. But you should know exactly what you will, and won't, get from it.
