• Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park - The journey begins at the charming village of Luss, situated on the shores of Loch Lomond, with views of the Ben Lomond munro. Luss offers not only breathtaking views of Loch Lomond but also a rich history, including a rare Viking Hogback gravestone. Visitors can enjoy a couple of gift shops, restroom facilities, and places for refreshments.
• Rest and be Thankful - The guide will pause at a strategic location for capturing panoramic photos of the stunning western highland scenery.
• Inveraray Castle - The tour includes a visit to Inveraray Castle, the residence of the Clan Chief of Clan Campbell, the Duke of Argyll. (Open Thursday to Monday and closed for winter from November to March.) Alternatively, guests can explore Inveraray town, which offers beautiful views of Loch Fyne.
• Kilchurn Castle - The guide will stop at a viewpoint for photo opportunities of this iconic mid-1400s castle, which is currently closed for conservation work.
• St Conan’s Kirk - St Conan’s Kirk is a hidden treasure on the shores of Loch Awe. This remarkable building boasts unique architectural features, enhanced by its surroundings, offering a profound sense of peace and spirituality.
• Oban - Known as the ‘seafood capital of Scotland’, Oban invites exploration of its many cafes, gift shops, and the renowned Oban Distillery. Visitors can also visit McCaig’s Tower for spectacular views across Oban and its surroundings.
• The Three Sisters - The tour includes a visit to the Three Sisters of Glencoe, Scotland’s most photographed location, where guests can marvel at the breathtaking scenery and revisit historic events of the MacDonald Clan. Additional photo stops along the valley can be arranged upon request.
• Rannoch Moor - The guide will stop at a vantage point for more photo opportunities of the expansive scenery.
• Falls of Falloch - The guide will stop at the Falls of Falloch car park, with a 5-10 minute walk leading to the stunning waterfalls. The path is slightly uneven and may become muddy during or after rain.
