Kathmandu - Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, proceed to immigration to obtain your Visa on Arrival. Complete the arrival card, present your passport (valid for at least 6 months), and pay the required fee:

For a quicker process, you can apply online before arriving via Nepal Immigration. After visa processing, scan your belongings, collect your luggage, and proceed to the exit terminal. Outside, look for your name on a signboard held by our representative with a Luxury Holidays Nepal banner. You’ll receive a warm welcome and be transferred in a private vehicle to your hotel. After check-in, relax and enjoy your evening in Kathmandu. A pre-trip meeting will be arranged at the hotel.

A Full Day Recreational Tour of Kathmandu, the Capital Valley

Swoyambhu Mahachaitya - Enjoy a view over the valley from the top of a hillock on its western side. Swyambhu is also known as Samhengu and the Monkey Temple due to the numerous monkeys living in the area.

Pashupatinath Temple - Pashupatinath Temple is one of Nepal’s holiest Hindu temples. It is situated on the banks of the Bagmati River on the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu. Pashupatinath is the most significant temple dedicated to the god Shiva.

Boudhanath Stupa - Boudhanath Stupa is a 2500-year-old Buddhist stupa in the Valley, built in the 5th century with four pairs of eyes of Lord Buddha in four cardinal directions, keeping an eternal watch over the people and their actions. You will find Buddhist pilgrims from Tibet circling the stupa, spinning the prayer wheels.

Patan Durbar Square - Patan Durbar Square is located in the center of Lalitpur city. It showcases the Newari architecture that reached its peak during the reign of the Malla kings, who were great builders and patrons of the arts.

The rest of your time is free for further exploration and some shopping near your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Drive to Chitwan: 160 KM / 5-6 Hrs

Chitwan National Park - After breakfast, leave Kathmandu behind and enjoy a scenic drive toward Chitwan, traveling along winding rivers, terraced hillsides, and traditional villages. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel or resort and receive a warm welcome with a briefing about the upcoming jungle activities. The rest of the day is for relaxation or exploring the nearby Tharu village, where you can learn about the unique culture and lifestyle of the indigenous Tharu people. In the evening, enjoy a cultural program featuring a traditional Tharu stick dance. Dinner will be served at the resort. Overnight in Chitwan.

Chitwan Jungle Safari - Full Day Jungle Activities

Chitwan National Park - Today is a full day of adventure in Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich biodiversity. After breakfast, embark on an exciting jungle safari—either by jeep or elephant-back—through dense forests and grasslands, where you may spot one-horned rhinos, deer, monkeys, wild boars, and if lucky, Bengal tigers. Other activities include canoeing on the Rapti River, a jungle walk with a nature guide, and a visit to the elephant breeding center. Lunch and dinner are provided at the resort. Overnight in Chitwan.

Drive from Chitwan to Pokhara (Approx. 4 - 5 Hours)

Pokhara Lakeside - After breakfast, depart Chitwan and begin your scenic journey toward Pokhara—Nepal’s serene lake city nestled beneath the Annapurna mountain range. The drive offers stunning views of hills, rivers, and local life along the highway. Upon arrival in Pokhara, check into your hotel and enjoy a leisurely afternoon. You may choose to explore the lakeside area, visit cozy cafés, or take a peaceful walk along Phewa Lake. Pokhara’s relaxed atmosphere is perfect for unwinding after your jungle adventures. Overnight in Pokhara.

A Full Day Pokhara Sightseeing Tour

Shree Bindhyabasini Temple - Located in the center of the religious old bazaar, it is dedicated to Goddess Bhagwati, another manifestation of Shakti. The park grounds offer a fine picnic and relaxing area.

Davi’s Falls Pokhara - Locally known as Patale Chhango, on the southern flank of the Pokhara valley, is where the stream flowing from Fewa Lake collapses and surges down the rock into a deep gorge, leaping through several potholes. This is hugely popular with tourists and locals alike.

Gupteswar Gupha - The revered Gupteshwor Cave is situated 2 km from Pokhara airport. The entrance is right across from Devi’s fall, and the cave is almost 3 km long. It has some large hall-sized rooms and some passages where you have to crawl on all fours. This cave holds special value to Hindus since a phallic symbol of Lord Shiva is preserved here in the condition it was discovered.

Phewa Tal (Fewa Lake) - Situated at an altitude of 800m above sea level, it is the second-largest lake in the kingdom. With the Barahi Island Temple in the middle of the lake, it is the most important religious monument in Pokhara. Built almost in the middle of Phewa Lake, this two-storied pagoda is dedicated to the female force Shakti. The reflection of Mt. Machhapuchhare and Annapurna can be seen in its serene water. Thick forest lies on the adjoining southern slopes of the lake.

Seti River Gorge - Carved by Seti-Gandaki, it is one of the natural wonders of Pokhara. K.I. Singh bridge at Bagar, Mahendrapool & Prithivi highway Bridge near the bus park, provides a perfect view of the river’s dreadful rush and the deep gorge made by the turbulent flow of white water.

Drive Back to Kathmandu (Approx. 6–7 Hours) and Farewell Dinner

Kathmandu - After breakfast, begin your return drive to Kathmandu. The scenic journey winds through riverside villages and terraced hills, offering glimpses of rural Nepalese life. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, check into your hotel and relax. In the evening, join us for a farewell dinner at a traditional Nepali restaurant featuring authentic cuisine and a vibrant cultural dance performance—a wonderful way to reflect on your journey and celebrate your time in Nepal. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Departure Day: Transfer to the International Airport for Your Final Departure!!

TIA - After breakfast, you will have some free time, depending on your flight schedule. If your departure is later in the day, you may explore nearby markets for last-minute souvenirs or simply relax at the hotel. At the designated time, a representative from Luxury Holidays Nepal will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport in a private vehicle. It is recommended to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before your international flight.
