Travel with family - We had a day tour and driver picked us up at port. On time pickup and got us back to port in time. We had fun at bridge! Way too crowded, but found some hidden picture spots, hidden to the side.

An Unforgettable Experience - Really awesome experience from beginning to end. Our tour guide Ms. Ngoc was wonderful and spoke great English and was also very knowledgeable. We had limited time at this port and she made sure we stayed on schedule and got to see and experience everything on our agenda. The Cable Cars and the Golden Bridge were definitely the highlights. It’s like visiting another city in the Sky, truly incredible!

Day trip from Hue to Hai Van pass , Golden Bridge, Ba NA Hills - My day trip was amazing, I was collected from my hotel an hr from Hue city . My driver Tri was very professional and knowledgeable and explained so much about all the tourists spots . I was travelling solo and felt very comfortable and safe travelling with Tri . He was also really good at taking a good photo. I’d highly recommend Tri and BNT travel .

We repeat with them - My experience with this company has been fabulous, especially to thank Chau for his constant attention to us, always attentive and informing us of everything. She retrieved my glasses that I forgot in the car by bringing them to the hotel herself. Thanks Chau! We will repeat with them next time.

The entry ticket to go up... - The entry ticket to go up the cable car should be included in the advertised price. Without that, it’s just a 90 minute drive each way. The price of $60 per person should have been $98 per person to include the cable car. Otherwise you cannot go to see anything. At $98 it is a good value, but should be advertised as such.

Dishonest and expensive for what you get - Unfortunately I cannot recommend BNT Travel. We had many issues on the trip. 1) this tour was $1,000 more expensive than bestpricetravel.com but unfortunately the sent us their price one day late. 2) inexperienced and dangerous drivers who constantly watched movies on their phone while driving. 3) the driver did not follow the itinerary and caused us to miss the hmong experience and instead of starting from the top and climbing down, we had to climb up. And everything was already closed. 4) we paid a premium for a 5 star hotel but upon arrival we were told we were booked the cheapest room that was off the hotel's property and required bus service to get there and had to climb upstairs to our room. We had to pay an extra $371 5) one of the tour guides was so cheap and took us to the cheapest lantern making place that barely had any supplies, no ac, and was in the middle of a field. She also would't buy tickets for us to enter certain shrines and only took us to some right before closing and we barely had time there (I believe it was free after a certain hour based on what another tour guide told us). Overall, BNT felt like a bait and switch for the cheapest accommodations and tour guide. I didn't feel like they were honest.
