- Saree Ella Waterfall - Saree Ella is one of the many waterfalls located in the valley of the Huluganga River, which defines the western boundary of the Knuckles Range, separating it from the Campbell’s Lane Forest Reserve. The name “Saree” is inspired by the traditional garment worn by South Asian women, as the waterfall is broad at the base and narrows to a single stripe higher up.
- Huluganga Ella Falls - Huluganga Falls is situated in Huluganga Town, approximately 30 kilometers from Kandy Town on the route to Bambarella, within the Kandy District of Sri Lanka. The Hulu River, which originates from the Knuckles Mountain Range, feeds the falls, which stand at about 75 meters tall.
- Jodu Ella Waterfall - The twin falls of Jodu Ella, also known as Bambarella Knuckles Falls, are created by the Moragaha River, a tributary of the Huluganga River, forming the valley at the western base of the Knuckles Range. Both falls are horsetail in shape and measure 45 meters (159 feet) in height.
The area surrounding Jodu Falls is abundant in medicinal herbs, reptiles, and amphibians. A small path leads from the nearest parking area to the base of the waterfalls, making it a picturesque picnic spot favored by locals, though it is less frequented by international visitors.
- Knuckles Mountain Range - Alakola Ella is situated in the Central Province of Sri Lanka, in a village called Madulkelle. The name Alakola Ella evolved from its original name, Allen Collen Watte Ella. Allen Collen was a planter during the British era, and the waterfall area was under his management, known as Allen Collen Watte. Over time, the local pronunciation altered the name to Alakola Watte. Alakola Ella is located within this estate in the Knuckles Mountain Range, hence its name. It is sometimes also called Thaliya Wetuna Ella and is formed by a tributary of the Hulu Ganga originating in the Knuckles Mountain Range.
