Due to a breach involving domestic SIM card data, SKT airport roaming centers are prioritizing SIM card replacements. Consequently, SKT physical SIM cards and Wi-Fi devices will not be available for airport pick-up until May 31, 2025, due to extended wait times.

Late Return, Lost, or Damaged Device

1. Data services will be discontinued between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm (Korean time) the day following the scheduled return date.
2. If the device is not returned within 5 days after the service termination date, a lost device fee will be automatically charged to the registered credit card. This fee will be refunded if the device is returned within 30 days.
3. A rental fee of 3,300 KRW per day will be charged for late returns, even if the device was not used during that time.
4. To extend your usage period, please notify us online via the Customer Service center.

• Late return fee: 3,300 KRW per day
• Lost or damaged device: 100,000~200,000 KRW (depending on the device model)
• Lost or damaged charger: 10,000 KRW
• Lost or damaged pouch: 10,000 KRW
• Damaged power bank: 10,000 KRW

Forgot to Return
If the device is not returned, it must be sent back via delivery. Please be aware that an additional fee of 3,300 KRW per day will be charged from the original return date until the parcel is received. For more information, please contact us directly.
