Uganda Equator - The guide will greet the group early in the morning at the hotel for a picturesque road trip to Bwindi. The route passes through Uganda’s rolling highlands, lush farmlands, and traditional villages, with several stops to enjoy the scenery and capture photos. A lunch break is planned along the way.

Gorilla Trekking at Bwindi Impenetrable Rainforest & Return to Kampala

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Following an early breakfast, guests transfer to the park headquarters for registration and a pre-trek briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers. Participants will be assigned to a habituated gorilla family based on their fitness level and interest. The trek can last from two to six hours, depending on the gorillas’ location, moving through dense rainforest, steep terrain, and rich wildlife habitats.

Once the gorillas are found, guests spend an unforgettable hour observing them as they interact, feed, and move within their natural environment. This close encounter offers exceptional photographic and emotional moments, often described as a life-changing experience.

After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch before starting the journey back to Kampala or Entebbe, arriving in the late evening.
