Great experience all around - Amazing staff - helpful, engaging and despite the weather and conditions the day we went, cheerful! Season pass is an amazing value - we love coming here for an engaging and easy experience.

2 day visit - We had a great 2 day visit. Our favorite MC is Miss Lisa. She’s always so happy and kind. My kids all get excited to see her in the park each time we visit.

10/10 Going Again - The park was clean, well maintained, adequately staffed and so much fun! The park is handicapped accessible and attractions have sensory guides to help neurodivergent guests navigate the park. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The app makes planning your visit and getting to all of your chosen activities a breeze, giving you show times, hours and warnings when fees apply. All the rides are free of charge! We had a blast and plan to go back again.

Great experience - Very friendly staff. All staff members greeted us and gave us information we didnt know. The meet and greet they had with Master Builder Alec was a fun time for both kids and adults.

Cold but fun - The day we went was freezing and very windy so the Minifig Flyer was unfortunately closed. The kids had fun on the carousel, the building zone, the factory and ninjago rides, and the mini go karts though. The place is very parent friendly - there are places to sit and relax while the kids play, it's easy to keep an eye on everyone (we have three to keep track of), there is stuff to do for different ages so a mixed age group can all be happy. There is a coffee place, it's pricey but good. We had a great day. I do recommend getting one of the annual passes as it really decreases friction (parking was paid for, tickets to everything are included, there are discounts on everything you buy that eases the pain of ponying up $8 for a latte, etc). With it being a winter holiday, there were no lines, we just sailed through everything and the staff had plenty of time for us. Looking forward to coming back in the summer to experience the full park!

Park and resort experience was Great but food was bad and expensive. And very few options on food. - It was all great but food was way too expensive and don’t taste good at all. Even the Legoland resort restaurant food was really bad and expensive. I wish they had more food options than just chicken tenders fries.

Fun day trip - Overall we had a good trip. We were disappointed in the shows an wish some more rides were open, but the short lines and holiday events made up for it. Our daughter had a great time which is what ultimately matters.

Legoland would’ve been... - Legoland would’ve been great if they lived up to what they advertised. Yes it was cold we went on Dec 26th thinking everything was going be open except for the water park we understand why that area would be closed. But it was a waste of time.
