The journey begins in Monastiraki, followed by a leisurely walk through the market and the vibrant Psiri area, with frequent stops for tastings and sit-down meals featuring our favorite street foods, all in venues cherished by the local community.

The tour includes a visit to one of the finest souvlaki establishments to savor their delicious pork or chicken skewers, enjoying a gyro paired with Greek liquors like raki and ouzo, local wine, or fresh orange juice. Additionally, we’ll stop by a fish taverna within the market to sample fried calamari and small fish. Naturally, we’ll indulge in some of our favorite desserts, such as loukoumades and ice cream, as Greeks have a sweet tooth!

We’ll visit one of the top souvlaki spots to savor their delicious pork or chicken skewers, enjoy a gyro, sample traditional pies, and stop by a deli for cured meats and cheeses. Indulge in Greek coffee or Freddo, calamari, and more, all complemented by Greek liqueurs like raki and ouzo or fresh orange juice. Arrive hungry and ready to indulge. Naturally, we’ll also enjoy some of our favorite sweets, as Greeks have a passion for dessert!
