Whale watching trip to Hermanus - The only disappointing thing was we were told that whale watching is not from a boat but by sitting at the Hermanus town . On consulting a number of people at site we were told that not a single whale has been seen there in the recent past. So we had to go go Hermanus Bay and pay $300 for booking 3 adult and one child tickets. Since we had to take the 2 pm boat we missed out on the wine fasting part. But the good thing was we saw a lot of whales and pod of dolphins galore. Cathy was good.
