Upon arrival on the island, please contact us to confirm your preferred pick-up time and location. If your preferred time changes, let us know.
On the day of your parasailing adventure, our representative will coordinate your pick-up location at Grace Bay Beach. We typically pick up from the nearest beach location in the Grace Bay area. Please note that pick-up is from a beach location.
Once everyone is picked up, we will prepare each group for the activity, providing all necessary instructions. No prior experience is required.

Additional Information
- No prior experience is necessary. Just come, have fun and experience the exciting adventure.
- The entire trip may take from 30 - 90 minutes depending on number of individuals in your party. This includes the boat ride, the parasailing activity and dropping your party off. You will be in the air for about 8-12 minutes.

- No prior experience is necessary. Just come, have fun and experience the exciting adventure.
- The entire trip may take from 30 - 90 minutes depending on number of individuals in your party. This includes the boat ride, the parasailing activity and dropping your party off. You will be in the air for about 8-12 minutes.
- No swimming experience is required. All takeoffs and landings are done from the boat and back to the boat. Also, you will not get wet as a result of the activity. Just remember, you are on a boat and in water, you may get wet due to water splashes.
- Our customers safety is most important to us. In the event our crew determines the weather is unsafe to fly you, we’ll be able to accommodate you during your stay or refund you deposit.
- You may get light water sprays due to wind, so bring a towel. Also, make sure you have enough sun blocks on.
- Wear beach clothing, lots of sun blocks and prepare for a light water sprays due to wind and waves.
- Our pick up times are approximate. We’ll call and arrange your pick up time. Also, there is a chance that boat runs little late due to constant pickup and drop off

Great first time parasailing with Grace Bay Watersports - Great parasailing experience. Easy booking and good communication about pick up location. Nice boat, fun crew. This was my first time parasailing and I can’t recommend it enough. So peaceful floating above Grace Bay. I highly recommend this activity and Grace Bay Watersports.

Amazing - Awesome in every way. The boat arrived on time. Communication was good leading up to our event as well. The crew were awesome. They took pictures and were friendly. Special treat, as we were heading back to the beach we encountered a dolphin. The crew took time to stay around a bit to watch it. Very good. Definitely recommend.

Definitely not an hour - 2pm booking. Picked up late at 2:15 and dropped off early at 2:40, less than 10 min of actual parasailing.

Scary - The gentleman who posted below is spot on. That was us. It was very scary but thankfully no one got hurt. While we were in the air, another smaller boat pulled up to the parasailing boat to drop off even more passengers and my wife and two older kids were moved to the smaller boat to make room so there was a lot going on in addition to guides being on their phones constantly. That said, the smaller boat reacted very quickly and pulled us out of the water much more quickly than the big boat would have been able to do. Being dragged backwards through the water by the fully deployed chute was very scary but our heads were above water and the chute eventually settled in the water and the smaller boat was quickly on the scene so in a weird sense it was a blessing they did an unusual passenger transfer between boats. It could have been worse / scarier if it happened while we were in the air or if other boat traffic was in the area. From the pictures, it was a knot that let go when it came into the winch so my suggestion is that the operators should carefully check all connections. They didn’t do this on purpose of course but should definitely be more careful. The three guides were also very unfriendly throughout which was icing on the cake. Apologies to the other passengers for my yelling and swearing after we were pulled from the water.

Use Another Company - We witnessed an accident during parasailing. The crew brought too many people on the boat. They were distracted. They were running late. They were on their phones. When they pulled in a dad and his young son, the winch pulled the carabiner into the winch socket and popped it. The parasail detached from the boat, sending the dad and the young boy flying in the air. They hit the water and were dragged hundreds of yards. Without life jackets, they probably would have drowned. The wife/mom and two older children were witnessing this from the boat. The older children who had successfully gone up first were distraught, as well as the mother. Of course, they had signed their lives away with their liability waivers, so good luck with recompense.
My opinion is this was a combination of faulty equipment, poor personnel, poor training, not paying attention at the critical moment of bringing passengers back down into the boat, and simply a case of “hey you signed a liability waiver”, so the crew was not worried about getting sued. Be careful out there.
