Amazing experience and photos - Nzaandi was amazing to work with and took beautiful pictures of my family. The turnaround time for the final product was really fast and he made us feel really comfortable. He confirmed the time and location with me and was quick to reply to my questions.

Private Photo Shoot - The vendor reached out a few hours before the appointment to ask for a later time slot due to the time of day I booked; morning vs evening. The evening was better because of the sunset according to the vendor. Cool. That was on 6/28. The vendor stated that they were just alerted about my reservation but I booked and paid well in advance.Ok! My husband and I showed up at the location which was Shay’s Cafe. We got there a little early. The vendor arrived and said that his camera was not working. He offered to take my Husband and I back to our resort at Alexandria Resort and photo us at the Alexandria Resort the next day BUT I have not heard from him. I asked him on yesterday for his WhatsApp number as he requested us communicate that way but no response. I messaged him early today to confirm he was coming today since we leave tomorrow- no response At this point I just want a refund. PERIOD.

Highly Disappointed - BIG NO to go with this photographer! This can be a spoil spot for your dreamy vacation photos if you go with this booking! Bad communications and they never showed up. I should have read all the reviews before as the prior comments so had the same concern about photographer not showing up! This is insane! There are plenty of better options in Turks and Caicos, this is by far the worst experience on viator for me!

Very Disappointed :( - Bad communication as to where we meet. When we got there, photographer was mistaken and began taking photos of someone else. We only received about 30 minutes of his time. Offered limited poses and options. It’s been almost three weeks since the shoot, and I still don’t have pictures. These were supposed to be our five year anniversary photos 😢

Beware!! - Devastated!! Never heard from Nzanndi after our photo shoot which was paid in full and a generous tip given. We never even got to see the photos!! He won’t respond to us or Viator/trip advisor. Unbelievable!!
