- Casa Seganfredo - The guided tour of Casa Seganfredo is presented in the form of a chat, where we approach the production process of wine, sparkling wine and juice, including the way of the grapes inside the canteen, as well as the fermentation process, in which the grapes are transformed into wine. The champenois method, a technique for fermenting sparkling wine under French Champagne rules, stands out. We ended the visit to our cellar, addressing issues of product storage and stories of the evolution of wine. After the visit, we serve the tasting with a sequence, respecting the palate, in order to provide a gustatory experience of our wines, with pairing tips and service techniques. The tasting accompanies a portion of cheeses of 3 different types.\n\nAsk for an English and French-speaking guide when booking.

Best wine tour in Gramado - We love it! In addition to being a very beautiful place, the tour leaders showed a lot of knowledge of the vinification process. Several details show the owner's care in producing wines with excellence. In wineries in the region of Gramado, it was our favorite.

Amazing! - Wonderful experience! A true lesson on the production of wines and sparks from the vineyard! More than that, a lesson about smaller productions, who are more concerned about quality than quantity. We love!

Surprising wine tasting - It is a family winery, very charming and organized. Of all the similar places I have known, the tasting of this vineyard is the best. We were welcomed by Rodrigo, who showed us a bit of how each type of wine in the house is made, explaining not only the process, but also a bit of the history of the production of each type of wine. Then we were taken to the upper floor, in a very nice space directed to the tasting, in which we were guided on the characteristics of each wine before trying them. By the way, Rodrigo even shared with us some recipes, explaining how each dish would harmonize with the types of wine. Afterwards we were invited to explore the property, enjoying the beautiful vineyards and animals and taking great photos. Congratulations for the welcome and the care with the smallest details. We'll be back soon.

Tasting show with Rodrigo - The tour with tasting was surprising. I have visited many other wineries abroad and I was delighted with the house Sanganfredo. The place is small and simple but charming in the details. Rodrigo was a separate show, showed to know a lot about the world of wine in addition to conducting everything with education and joy.

I visited the winery and recommend. - Local and excellent products. Cabernet Sauvignon is of very high quality. The place is easy to access and very nice for a walk. I RECOMMEND.

It's worth knowing - Beautiful place, but the wines are not the best I have ever had. Presentation of the venue is how the wines are made in a very simplified way compared to the other veniculas of Gramado, we sat on a huge counter and drank plenty of wine. It's worth seeing.
