Good (and expensive) - Great visit with a competent and helpful guide, Alahambra enjoyed in full thanks to this organization that made up for my mistake in the ticketing phase.

very bad / bad experience - I booked two tickets (€350) for a full visit to the Alhambra Palace with a tour guide. 20 hours before the visit, the company contacted me to postpone the tour to the next day. Of course, I couldn’t refuse because I had lost the right to cancel (within 24 hours). The next day, after waiting a long time to find out the starting time of the tour, a tour guide was sent who did not provide sufficient explanation of the landmarks and the history of the Alhambra. So, we were not alone — two additional people were added to the tour, and we had to walk quickly for 3 hours to reach everything before the Alhambra closed. We were not given any audio devices to communicate with the tour guide. And because of the rescheduling, I didn’t have enough time to return to Malaga by bus and had to take a taxi (€200). Unfortunately , it was a very bad experience, and I do not recommend dealing with this Company. No audio equipment was provided for communication with the guide. And due to the delayed schedule, I had no time to take the bus back to Malaga, and had to take a taxi (€200). Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience, and I cannot recommend this company

A near disaster - If it wasnt for the quick thinking of our guide your company would have ruined our trip. You failed to provide the Ahlambra tickets to our guide . Did not communicate at all with him or me. Fortunately he asked the Ahlambra gatekeeper to find our data using our passports associated with the Ahlambra tickets you purchased . They saw that and allowed us in. The guide was amazingly good, and he was understandably angry with your company, incredulous that you left him in that situation. We almost missed the site we came thousands of miles to see. I share this experience others who are thinking of using your company. DO NOT PUBLICALLY SHARE MY IDENTITY. Do NOT publish this review for public consumption. I am surprised you ask for a review knowing how you totally mishandled this booking.
