The only way to see the Alhambra! - Christina is an amazing guide! Her knowledge of its history, grounds and architecture went far beyond anything we expected and we came away with a much better understanding and appreciation of the Alhambra than we would've otherwise. She was also a very caring host; making sure that we had a taxi before we said our good-byes.

We had an amazing tour.... - We had an amazing tour. Cristina, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and made everything engaging and interesting. She was very friendly and personable, and she answered every question with great care. This experience will stay with us for a long time.

It worked - The tour actually took place! Official tickets were fully booked out for Easter Monday, but we actually managed to see the nasride palace with this tour! While the tour start was changed to 10am (from 11am) with like 2 hours pre-warning, we got to see this highlight - every other option was booked out. So many thanks for this - although the price is still steep compared to the official ticket price.

Highly recommended Tour Guide of Alhambra - Visiting the Alhambra was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. The intricate Islamic architecture—especially the detailed stucco work, geometric patterns, and serene courtyards—beautifully reflects the sophistication and artistic brilliance of Al-Andalus. Walking through the Nasrid Palaces and Generalife gardens felt like stepping into a living piece of history.
What made the experience truly exceptional was our guide, Sara. She brought the history of the Alhambra to life, explaining not just the rise of Islamic rule in Spain, but also how Andalusia became a center of coexistence where Muslims, Christians, and Jews contributed to a rich, shared culture. Her insights into how Islamic influence introduced new foods, advanced architecture, and drove prosperity added depth and context that we would have otherwise missed.
She also thoughtfully explained how the Reconquista led to much of this rich history being suppressed or nearly erased over time, and how later preservation efforts helped recover and protect what remains today. That perspective added an important layer of understanding to the visit.
Sara’s knowledge, passion, and storytelling made a huge difference. She even shared a hidden viewpoint overlooking Granada—an unforgettable moment that gave us a whole new appreciation of the city.
Highly recommend visiting the Alhambra, and if you can, try to book Sara as your guide—you’ll walk away with a much deeper understanding and appreciation of this incredible place.

Laura was an amazing guide. - Laura made every moment of the experience feel truly magical. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, especially in crowded areas, and made sure we never missed a word of the tour. Her attentiveness and care really elevated the entire experience

Tour guide was excellent. - We had trouble as out 1.30 tour was cancelled as we were on the bus from Seville. Given a later time which did not suit as we had to travel back 3 hrs by bus. We did not get to see the palace. We got a small refund. Christian who cane to give us our your at 1.30 was excellent. Such a lovely young man. A wealth of knowledge , kind , considerate and so enthusiastic about his job.

Scam - The tour company (crown tours) canceled my trip on the day of the scheduled tour despite but the tickets a month in advance. The company lied to me calling that cancellation is due to new regulations by Alhambra. I contacted the official in Alhambra and they said there were no new regulations. Not only being unreliable but also deceiving tourists. I traveled thousands of miles from US only to see Alhambra with my kids and they ruined my plans.
