Superb Tour Guide for the Alhambra and Granada! - Javier is a superb tour guide! We had originally signed up to tour the Alhambra with a larger group who cancelled on us, and we were scrambling to find alternative arrangements. From my first inquiries, Javier was responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous in all of his answers. At that point, tickets to the Alhambra were already sold out, and Javi was very honest that he could not guarantee that he could get tickets, but he promised to try. I very much appreciated his honesty, and decided to go with him anyway. Indeed, Javi was able to source the tickets a few days before our date, and it was a fantastic day. The driver he engaged was on-time and courteous, and Javier himself is knowledgeable, personable, and extremely organized. We had an excellent tour of the Generalife as well as the Alhambra itself, and Javier made it one of the highlights of our vacation! In particular, I very much appreciated how conscious he was of my parents age and mobility limitations. While my parents are in fantastic shape for their early eighties, my father can have issues with stairs and it was quite a bit of walking by the end of the tour. Javi was able to suggest alternative routes, bathroom accomodations, and breaks that made the tour much more manageable and enjoyable for them. In case you're as vacation photo-obsessed as my parents, Javi is also an excellent photographer. :) All in all, Javier is one of the best tour guides that we've hired over the years, and would recommend him to anyone interested in touring the Alhambra and Granada, and we look forward to reaching out to him the next time we're in the area!

The only way to go from a cruise ship!! - From the moment the driver picked us up at the dock until we returned this was very special. Jose the driver was courteous and drove safely. We met Javier (our guide) at entrance to Alhambra. He was knowledgeable and professional with great story to tell. We were there as a couple so really enjoyed the entire day. Highly recommend the experience and safety

Beautiful Alhambra - The views!, The architecture!, the gardens! What an amazing place to visit and Esther was the perfect guide. Esther was knowledgeable on all aspects of the Alhambra and made a great day even better.

Alhambra tour and more - Javier gave us a wonderful private tour of the Alhambra and the ancient Albaicin area in Granada. He arranged round trip transport from our cruise ship. At the Alhambra we toured Nasrid Palaces, summer palace and Generalife Gardens and more. Javi was very considerate of our mobility limitations and arranged the tour so that we would have minimal uphill and stair climbing and access to rest areas. We were impressed by his knowledge and friendly attitude. After our tour he walked us to a very nice restaurant across from the Alhambra and made certain that we were properly seated. The driver he hired arrived right on time after our late lunch. We would very highly recommend him if you are coming to Granada.

A wonderful tour! - The tour was booked by friends we were visiting as they had been before. What a wonderful tour guide! From the outset he was welcoming. What an expert... he was so knowledgeable but also delivered the information in an entertaining way... encouraging us to picture life as it was then. Time went so quickly. Motril to the Alhambra! - Our experience began with a friendly driver picking us up at the port of Motril. He pointed out several sites along the way as we drove the 40 minutes to reach the Alhambra. There we met our guide Javier. He joined our group of three and began our fun, friendly and detailed tour. Javier is incredibly knowledgeable about the Alhambra- he offers the details as a story. I found myself wrapped up in the history and imagined myself there in the shoes of the occupants. He was able to secure tickets for us even though at this point most were sold out. He answered all of our questions without hesitation - we had a million both before the booking and of course during the tour. After he made sure to take us to a beautiful restaurant overlooking the city where we had an incredible lunch. They took care of us as well and made sure we had a taxi waiting for us to take us back to port. All in all an incredible way to see the Alhambra from the port of Motril. Worth every penny!
