Guided Tasting: Sample 3 to 4 wines (a white often mineral and aromatic, an elegant rosé, a powerful and spicy red). Here, the morning’s olfactory experience resonates: aromas are sought in the glass (white flowers, citrus, garrigue, spices), and the structure and persistence are analyzed.
