À magical morning - We had a brilliant today! We were slightly worried about visiting due to reviews about admission prices and the time it takes to look around- but, rest assured it’s worth every penny! Our little ones (4 & 1) were beside themselves with excitement - it was literally magical for them. We took about 1.5 hours to look around and even returned this afternoon to look around again for another 40 mins or so. Then we fast tracked to our favourite parts! A brilliant added bonus that you can re-enter up until 3pm. Parking no problem, we parked outside the entrance on the main street and paid for all day parking. The crocs were on holiday which was fine and our only slight criticism was that the penguins were in a bit of sorry state, possibly pen pecked by a dominant bird. Would definitely recommend!

Great new tunnel. - Love the new tunnel!! Great fun “splashing” in the shore line with bioluminescent graphics. Also like that you can go around as much as you like, and even pop out and come back later. Makes it more worth while with a toddler who just wants to see things for 10secs then move on, and then decides they want to see them again after lunch.

Excellent Staff and Fascinating Fish - Excellent aquarium with really friendly and knowledgeable staff, namely Keriann, who totally indulged our inquisitive four year old Alex’s sea life fascination and made it a really memorable trip. We would love to come back soon and take part in the beach clean up that was spoken about during the ray talk! Excellent stone baked pizzas in the clean and friendly cafe too and extremely good value, especially for a tourist attraction on the sea front. Visit, Sea Life Centre Great Yarmouth, it will not disappoint!

Grandpa and granddaughter day out - Me and my granddaughter went as she loves penguins and was so excited to see them. We got there in time for feeding them and she loved it. She loved being able to touch a star fish and hold insects.

Disappointed by lack of information - Visited on our holiday. My daughter who is autistic chose to come see Noah the Sea turtle but he wasn’t there. She was very upset by this as there is no information on the website to say he’s not there. There was also a school trip with kids just taking over while teachers sat and chatted making it difficult to see the animals. Maybe a note when booking or on the website to say Noah is not there at the moment. Last year was amazing as there were more talks.

Lovely place, but far too busy! - The visit would have been lovely, but far too many people in there. Couldn't have a good look at the sealife and read about them, due to how busy it was. Think that perhaps they should allocate a specific amount of tickets per hour, to allow people to be able to enjoy the experience.

Could have happier staffing! - I was asked to review by Sealife Centre.. so it was a great time but the staff could have been happier as they were so grumpy to be there and not happy to interact with visitors or customers. Sad really.

Expensive for a family of 4 - Not bad but high price for what it is. Would be better having a staff member placed around to answer questions. Bit smelly in the penguins and would have been nice to be able to ask staff why one had been locked away from the others. I felt bad for the little guy!

An Expensive Hour in our lives - It cost £44 for two adults. There is no discount for seniors. What a waste of money, unless you are well into fish! It was so dark as we went in, some sort of string with red lights apparently was the door. They just wanted to take your pictures on entry. Fish, fish, anenomies, jelly fish (small ones), and some penquins. The viewing platform was too small by the penquins for all of us up there. The talk was long after the time they said. So we never heard it. The structure was like blue driftwood in need of repair. You are allowed to touch a star fish. (How exciting!!). The gift shop was as you would expect, terrible if you have children, as you have to go out that way. Part of it now is Costa. The new tunnel they rave about is narrow and not very long. We got trapped by buggies and a walking frame. Sadly, we think it was a letdown and expensive. Lyn

Embarrassing experience one not to share with friends and family - We paid £22 each for 15 wasted minutes of our time There is a bigger selection of fish on the wet fish market stall on a Wednesday and Saturday in my town I’m sorry to say this but it was embarrassing leaving the premises What about being ripped off
