A lovely time for Mums Birthday - A lovely time from start to finish. We came for our Mums 60th Birthday treat and Staff were amazing...treated her like a star as well as the rest of us-so bubbly and happy! And all to glad to sing happy Birthday for her. Food was yummy! A really good selection and nice and fresh...we wolfed it all down! The complimentary cups we received the hot drinks in were a lovely touch and keepsake. Loved that the tea was nice and strong and the prosecco was a decent one aswell, so went down a treat. I would definitely recommend and rebook ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Review of afternoon tea in London - This afternoon tea in London was thoroughly enjoyable - the choice of food was good and well presented. Chris was the Service Manager and he was professional, reliable and very obliging. This was a birthday treat for my wife and she was very impressed with the experience- thoroughly recommend it.

The bus ride was cool,... - The bus ride was cool, the tea and pastries were tasty. I wish there would have been more descriptions of the builds we were seeing along the way. The decoration of the bus was really cool.

Friends catch up - There was four of us in our group and we paid for the most expensive seats on the tour which was upstairs at the front of the bus assuming we were going to get really good views sadly we were a bit disappointed. I would've expected four seats to be in a line at the front unfortunately it was on a table of four and next to us there was a table of two with another couple which meant two of us sat with our back to all the views which made it very difficult to turn and look and also be sociable with the friends that we were doing the tour with. The other thing that we were a bit disappointed was no commentary so again not only having to turn around all the time we couldn't really see what was coming up. We missed a lot of the views, if there's no commentary, perhaps they could've given us a paper map so that we could see exactly what was coming up. The staff (Odun & Claudia) were very attentive & couldn't have been nicer.

Afternoon tea bus in London - We had a choice of Prosecco or juice. The sandwiches and deserts were already in front of us when we got on the bus. We were a little late leaving as there was a problem with one of the other buses. We also had the choice of a scone with jam and cream. We had a full hour an half on the bus. It was decorated with flowers and nice and clean. It would have been better if the landmarks had been pointed out to us. We came away with a drinks mug.

Disappointing - Great way to see the sights and the afternoon tea was fairly good. However, the guided tour was virtually non-existent with foreign visitors clueless about most of what they were seeing. Spoiled by the pushy staff - asking for reviews at the end and giving scraps of paper with names written on. Then asking for tips at the end too.

SCAMMERS! - I came to London to celebrate my 20th birthday. My first ever time I was extremely thrilled. I booked a tour with goldon tours and my flight had delay which was completely out of my control. Informed their team 3/4 hours in advance to reschedule or refund and the customer service agent max decided to extend conversation via email until the time of my original booking time and proceed to tell me that the my tour time passed and I’m unable to get a refund. I spent 150 dollars of my hard working money to this. This company is scam I highly do not recommend booking. I wish I had known this in advance. PLEASE AVOID! I just want to cry at this point my birthday was terribly ruined.

Poor - So, picture this - my sister decides to treat me to the most quintessentially British experience possible: an afternoon tea tour on a double-decker bus. Because nothing says "happy birthday" like potentially squinting at historical landmarks through a tiny gap between buildings! The tour guide was basically a walking tea encyclopedia, rattling off 10 different types of tea like she was auditioning for "British Beverage Mastermind". And when she asked about the occasion? Cue the awkward moment she assumes I'm turning 60. Thanks for that confidence boost, random bus lady! Pro tip: If you want a comprehensive London tour, this might not be your best bet. My travel advice? Save your cash, grab some postcards, and hit up Greggs for a much more satisfying culinary experience. At least their sausage rolls won't come with unsolicited age assumptions! The highlight? Getting a slightly off-key "Happy Birthday" serenade while the staff spent more time chatting at the back of the bus than actually guiding us. Talk about premium tourist entertainment! 😂🚌🇬🇧
