Arriving by tube: Take the tube to Piccadilly Circus and take exit No. 3 onto Regent Street/St James. Walk south down Regent Street towards St James Park (do not walk north towards Oxford Street). Waterloo Place is at the end of Regent Street. You will see the tall column with a statue on top. You can also arrive via Charing Cross Station. Walk down the Mall towards Buckingham Palace, you will see the statue on your right at the top of some steps.

Margaret&Sujit Experience - Really good
Would have liked to seen a few more rooms

Photo galleries were awesome
Staff not engaging at all which is a shame
Would have loved to see the room which goes onto the famous balcony would have been nice but agree this must be private area

London Highlight - One of the most exquisite palaces in Europe. The tour took us through many historic rooms and chambers and the audio portion identified the historical events that took place in each room. We were lucky to be in London at the time the palace was open to visitors.

This was an excellent... - This was an excellent tour that set up our visit to Buckingham Palace in the perfect way! Paul the guide was informative and funny and made the walk down the mall very memorable. He was an excellent story teller and added personal touches to his tour that made the experience one we will always remember!

Buck House .. bit of a let down - It’s a bit underwhelming, the rooms you are allowed in are absolutely stunning but it’s not many of them, and it was packed so hard to stop and appreciate the area you are in. The staff are lovely but you feel like you are being herded around. I think they could do much better!
We went to the cafe afterwards and despite emailing beforehand to ask if they could cater for myself who’s gluten free, today they said they couldn’t offer me afternoon tea and offered me a food item that wasn’t very appealing. There are notices all around stating to chat to the staff about any intolerances and they would accommodate, but they don’t. My friend asked for a non nut afternoon tea, but when he opened his tin, it was an afternoon tea with nuts. He doesn’t have an airborne allergy, but if he did he would have been really poorly. So we had to then swap that.
Wouldn’t go back.

Not satisfied with the Guide, and her broken equipment. - We feel the Tour company should reimburse us for the guided tour from the meeting point to the Palace. They took no time to test the headsets and it turned out the guide was the one with a faulty microphone. She finally slowed down long enough to listen to the complaints and switch microphones. By that time, we were almost at the Palace. It was a complete waste of everyone’s time and money.

Not worth the money - There was a short walk down the mall for about 20 minutes with 3-4 stops to tell a little bit about the buildings and statues. Then we were walked to the gate to enter the palace. Our guide left us to explore the palace on our own. I did not think 20 minutes was worth the extra money I paid for the “tour”. I could have bought tickets to the palace on my one and save about $100. I was under the impression we were getting a 2.5 hour guided tour of the palace and grounds. Not worth the money at all.
