To ensure the most appropriate vehicle is provided, kindly specify the amount of luggage you will be traveling with prior to your journey (via message or email). Should the number of passengers or luggage exceed the vehicle’s capacity, an additional vehicle can be arranged. The capacity and size guide is detailed below.

Our chauffeur will be ready to meet and greet you inside the arrivals hall of the terminal, holding a name board with your name. We actively monitor your flight, so if it arrives early or is delayed, there is no need to worry — we will be there at the correct time.

Once you have met your chauffeur, please feel free to hand over any heavy luggage or trolley, and we will take care of it while escorting you to the vehicle. Upon entering the vehicle, you will be asked to reconfirm your drop-off address. You are also welcome to share your preferences regarding temperature, radio station, and to request the Wi-Fi password if required. Mineral water and phone chargers are available on board for your comfort.
