Viator communication issue solved by Bablyon Tours excellent customer service - There were a number of communication problems caused by Viator, whom I booked the tour through originally. As it turned out, Viator increased the number of guests at my request. Unfortunately, they did not inform Babylon Tours, the tour operator, until after the remaining tour spots were filled. Viator changed the number back to the original number creating significant problems and huge disappointment for my family. While Viator did refund my money for the additional guests they did nothing to remedy the situation, which significantly disrupted our family plans. However, Babylon Tours, fixed the problem and allowed us to add the extra guests. Eva, from Babylon Tours, did an outstanding job to resolve and correct the problem. She and Babylon went out of their way to make sure my family had a wonderful experience. Their guide, Jamie, did an excellent job guiding our family tour of the War Rooms. I can't say enough about how impressed I was by the Babylon customer service....they did a great job! Viator, not so much!

Fascinating - Guy was a fabulous tour guide. He was extremely well versed in the history and had many interesting stories and was even able to bring some levity to the dark subject of WW2 in London. I feel I have a much better understanding of the time period and understanding Churchill's critical role in victory, seeing the War Rooms brings the history to life in a unique and unexpected way. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in London in WW2.

Great tour! - This was such a great tour. Really interesting and Sheldon was a great tour guide! Knowledgeable and funny. Not that much walking outside, which I guess is good in January 😂. Really interesting inside the war rooms. I went solo and had a great time while my husband was at a football game. Would def do again.

A Churchill Master class...exceptional - Can I only give this 5 stars? Our guide Sheldor made this a 100 out of 10 experience. A true small group tour, this provides time for questions and conversation. The subiect of Churchill could fill a whole university course, yet Sheldon expertly weaves Churchill's personal experiences with the politics and history of England from the late 1800's through 1965. We learned about the man. the country and the turn of events which forged Churchill into the iconic British leader he became. The war rooms themselves are a marvel and have been meticulously preserved. We loved Sheldon's passion, his humor and his great reading recommendations. Please make sure this tour is on your must do list
