Informative and Intriguing - Andy was a passionate and knowledgeable tour guide. We loved every minute. Our 12 year old has been a WW2 historian/enthusiast for a few years and he talked about how much more he learned on the tour. Highly recommend.

Information and very interesting - Sheldon was excellent. First he contacted us prior to the tour to make sure we knew where to meet and to check if we needs to make changes ( we did not). On th day of the tour he texted how to recognize him. We began with an overall preview of how the tour would unfold. His presentation was done with visuals on his iPad and was really helpful. Once inside the museum, our tour proved to be everything we had hoped and more. Sheldon gave us background and what the days and nights were like during the War. This history is fascinating, Sheldon had so much information, factual and anecdotal. He is one of the very best guides we’ve had for this type of tour, and was an exceptional teacher of the history of Churchill and his place in winning the war for the Allies. We highly recommend this tour because it was so informative our guide was excellent. We would take another tour with Sheldon leading the group. Thank you Sheldon!

Fantastic guide, historically packed tour - Our tour guide Guy V. was spectacular! He was very knowledgeable, relaxed, and funny. The whole tour felt more like walking through a story rather than being lectured to. Only recommendation is wearing comfy shoes and bring a bottle of water.

Exceptional Tour Even for a Non-History Spouse - Our tour was wonderful. Our tour guide, Sheldon, was very well informed, presented information in both an easy to understand way and complete thoughts. He was open to all our questions and gave complete answers. Personally I’m not very knowledgeable about history. I planned the tour specifically for my husband. I found the entire tour to be both fascinating and informative. I learned a lot because of Sheldon’s ability to convey so much in a way that combined history and storytelling. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. My husband thought the tour was fantastic.

We highly recommend Andy!... - We highly recommend Andy! He was an exceptional guide. His knowledge of history and the way he shared events with us was very much appreciated. This tour covers a walking history tour as well as a tour through the war rooms. However, there is a lot to see and learn in the Churchill Museum, so I highly recommend either allowing time after the tour to view everything, or schedule a return trip to spend some time on your at the museum. Note: this is a walking tour, so ne prepared to be standing for the entirety of this tour.
