A great way to learn about Churchill and explore the War Rooms - We had an amazing tour with Jamie. From the very beginning when we met him at the Churchill statue to the very end, he was a wealth of knowledge and kept us all engaged. Even my 15 year old son said it was a great tour. We learned so much about Churchill and Jamie patiently answered all of our questions except for one which he told me was my homework 😊 Overall it was a great way to explore the War Rooms. I would definitely recommend this tour and ask for Jamie!

I just did - Enjoyable and informative from a very smart guy. Churchill didn’t need 100 characters to lionize the fighter pilots in the raf, I don’t need to blather on about what a terrific guide Laurence was.

Sheldon very knowledgeable. - Small group was great; corridors very narrow so a larger group would have been difficult. Amazing to see the spaces these people you only read about worked in under difficult conditions

Churchhill War rooms- semiprivate tour - Lawrence was timely, knowledgeable and humorous. I highly recommend this tour. He was full of tidbit info that a tourist would not normally get on his/ her own.

Great history tour - Wow! That was a great tour. My tour guide was Sheldon and he really made the tour. I don’t remember what his degrees were in, but I seem to remember a masters in history. He knew the history of London and the war rooms very well and certainly seemed to love his job. That was great, as I am a big history buff, especially Churchill. My wife and daughter were arriving in London a couple days after me, so I did this trip solo. Total in our party was four. Tour was about three hours long, then I went back to take another hour to go through the Churchill museum more throughly. If you like history and especially Churchill, I think you’ll find it time well spent.
