Cotswolds day trip - An excellent adventure. Mike was an excellent driver and well-informed guide. I learned a lot about the history, customs and geography about not only the Cotswolds but London and the UK as well.

Worth every minute and every penny - We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have had Mike the Guide as our tour guide the day we went (a Friday). Mike is one of the most knowledgeable people you can find. And this not only about the history, development, and preservation of the Cotswold villages and towns, but about the history of the entire British Isles. The cultural, economic and language influences that contributed to what we now know as "Great Britain". It was a most fascinating tour through the centuries, compressed into a most enjoyable 10 hour day.

Lots of history with Mike, perfect way to see the Cotswolds - We went on a day trip from London with Mike the Guide who was insanely knowledgeable about the history of London and the Cotswolds. We had several breaks and many stop overs in the Cotswolds including Burford, Bibury, and Stow-on-the-Wold. We stopped at a few churches and other little Cotswolds villages as we had time in the day and it was well worth every stop! Mike had great energy, amazing recommendations of pubs and restaurants, and showed us his favorite antique shop that was beautiful! We had a wonderful time and thought this was the best way to experience the Cotswolds. Thank you, Mike!

Informative small group tour - Our Guide Mike was fabulous! He was so knowledgeable about the area Since we were in a smaller coach we were able to travel smaller roads, even stopping by a church built in the 900-1000's. I really enjoyed all his local information.

A wonderful day - We spent a wonderful day, the guide was very kind and prepared. We started on time from Earl’s court and in just over an hour we arrived at the first village. All four seem places suspended in time, the villages of fairy tales, really wonderful! We tried the creamy tea, typical of these places and took wonderful photos. It was very cold, despite thermal clothing we suffered. The only negative note was the driver Ricardo who had a nervous drive and kept braking and accelerating, fortunately no one suffered the bus. I would recommend this trip because it was a really nice day!

It was good but the late comers spoilt the fun - It was a great experience. The driver and the guide was good. Only suggestion is to find a way to deal with some of the tourists who kept turning back late and getting everyone waiting in the bus after each visit. I think there needs to be a policy on what happens if ppl dont turn back after 10- 15 mins of the allocated time.

Not pleasant. - Cotswolds in the winter are still charming but I would not recommend the guide with Anderson tours. He spoke endlessly on the drive, starting with the history of England. I love history but it was too much talking. He was a nice man but verbose to the extreme. He didn’t communicate when we would stop for food, just that we should get food for the bus. He didn’t communicate not use GPS. If he did he could have saved us some driving time. Our tour ended up taking over 3 hours back to London due to traffic. It was not a pleasant ride and we ended up in the van more than in the villages.
