A wonderful evening - The food wasn't spectacular, but was very nice, warm and tasty. The cruise was excellent, taking in some of the best views from the Thames. The jazz band were amazing. Great musicians and a wonderfuly talented singer. All in all a truly wonderful evening.

Highly recommended! Good route, beautiful views and absolutely justified price - Very nice boat tour on the Thames with great views and a 4-course menu. Food is really recommended. Price for the menu and the boat tour is absolutely justified. Especially in relation to the prices in the London pubs very good.
Nice route with a duration of just under 3 hours. Starting at Westminder Abby and ending in the London Bridge area.

Wonderful experience - Great experience. My son bought us this as a present. The service was great. Food really good. Jazz band was great and not overpowering. Great to cruise along the Thames.

Wonderful cruise. Would definitely recommend. - My wife and I have been on dinner cruises in numerous countries. This, by a wide margin, was the best one we have ever been on. The boat was nice and comfortable. The staff was very attentive but not obtrusive. The duck was great. I felt like they gave a whole experience that was wonderful. Oh, and the jazz band did a phenomenal job.

Pleasant Evening - We had a buy a gift voucher for this cruise brought us for Christmas .
The voucher states available all year ,this is not the case,as I booked at the end of April,and could only book upto mid May and again from October.
The cruise is well run by helpful staff.
We enjoyed the 3 course meal and entertainment
A pleasant way to spend a evening seeing the London sights from the river

River cruise at night - Great ride down the Thames in London with music, delicious dinner and drinks- it was a beautiful clear night and the lights were fantastic as we saw the sights!

Not worth the money - Was gifted by red letter days. Amazing views of London from the boat. However, the experience was let down massively by a number of things.
1. We pre- ordered a vegetarian meal for my partner , but on arrival the staff were unaware of this and we were told there was no vegetarian starter. They managed to find a veggie main but this seemed like luck.
2. Although there were choices on the menu there was in reality no choice. My duck arrived and was nice but arrived without the kale as described on the menu. The vegetarian main arrived without the potato or green beans as described on the menu. The dessert (chocolate pudding arrived without the berry compote) - given the price of the experience I would say that is exceptionally poor. The piccalilli with the starter was basically the dregs of a condiment without the bits in as shown on photos I have seen online.
3. Staff seemed as though they had been encouraged to move food service fast and to try and eat three courses within an hour on a supposedly 3 hour experience made it less enjoyable.
4. Food was heavily salted which I liked but my partner did not.
5. The tip situation was awkward and made me feel sorry for the staff. It was clear this is a cash cow enterprise - after paying so much for a substandard meal and paying separately for drinks and water to then have to tip in cash on the way out to the hard working and clearly underpaid staff made me realise that the company operating this experience does not support its staff and it means that people are reluctant to tip.
My advice would be to go to a top notch restaurant and get your moneys worth and then hop on the night Uber boat (less than £20) see all the sights, save yourself some money and have a better experience.
Jazz band was decent.

Fun Until the End - Fun, romantic, good band, mediocre food. One thing cost them 2 stars. On the way back to the dock, an announcement came on that the tide was too low for them to dock at our point of embarkation. They say they sent an email earlier warning people of the change in end point, but we couldn't find it anywhere. So, they dumped us in a strange part of town and it cost an extra $30 to get back to our hotel which was within walking distance of the pier where we started. We felt confused and I can only imagine how someone would feel if they don't speak English. Getting dumped in a foreign city is one of the rudest things a hospitality company can do. They didn't even provide people with helpful instructions.

Don't waste your money! The worst food I have ever been served - Thames Cruise dinner and jazz on the Thames
My partner booked this cruise for valentines day.
The tables were very cramped. We sat with another couple who we didn't know, the tables were so close we had to converse with them most of the evening.
The food was awful, starter fish pate very small portion with a few pickles. The main was a small duck leg, with what I can tell lentils from a can in sauce and a small frozen potatoes rosti. Now the desert was the icing on the cake, a tasteless fondant on a very hard chocolate biscuit covered in red sticky sweet sauce, we were served one and told to share, needless to say we had one bite each and left the rest. We paid £90 each for the pleasure.
The drinks were very expensive too.
I will definitely not recommend this experience to anyone. We were definitely short changed.
I felt sorry for the couple next to us who paid £120 more than we did.
This was not value for money or a pleasurable experience.
I have no photos of the food because they turned out all lights when the food was served.
