The Best Cooking Class I’ve ever Taken🥟🩷⁉️ - We had a private cooking class with Pan. She gave us the history of potstickers in China. She was warm and open and friendly and talked about her family and her experiences of being a first generation person of Chinese descent in London. She easily accommodated my mobility issues and make sure I was comfortable and had a comfortable place to sit while we made potstickers. We made three different fillings for our potstickers. One with Chinese chives and pork, one with pork and sweet corn and one with shrimp and zucchini. I told Pan that I was very worried about working with the dough and making the dough from scratch for the potstickers. She said no problem. I have taught lots of people and I promise you that you will find it easy with my methods. She was absolutely right. With her help, we all made beautiful potstickers that did not break when we boil them for five minutes to cook them. I think this was some kind of miracle. I would never have believed I could make such beautiful , elegant thin wrappers out of the homemade dough. I take lots of cooking classes and including making dumplings and they’ve always use the frozen premade potsticker dough. There was no comparison with the homemade to the frozen kind. The homemade one won in every way Pan was absolutely right I was able to make 30 potstickers in the three hours and my daughter and son-in-law also made over 30 in our three hour session. The dumplings we made were smaller and elegant compared to the potstickers we’ve had from restaurants. The dough was stretched thin, so the main star was the incredible fillings, each better than the last. Pork with shrimp, pork with zucchini and Chinese chives, and everyone’s favorite pork with sweet corn. We have already ordered special miniature rolling pins so we can go home and make potstickers for everybody. I’m planning on freezing them and filling my freezer with lots of different kinds. We learned so many things: everything we could shop for at Costco for dumplings, the best Chinese ingredients available in London and in Los Angeles(Lee Kum Ke, soy, oyster sauce, & fish sauce ), Pan also suggested many variations for the fillings of the dumplings. We also learn to make a basic dipping sauce and some variations. My experience was a 20 out of one to 10. I would recommend this class for anyone especially for Home cooks, chefs, and those attending culinary institutes.

thoroughly enjoyable highly reccomend - My Daughter and I booked this as her Birthday treat, and we had a great afternoon. Pan is lovely, and a great home cook teacher. Under her guidance we made three different fillings to go into the wraps that we made from scratch. We ate them hot with a couple of simple sides and dip, they were delicious😀we even had some to take home for our husbands. Pan tells you all about the history of the dumplings and the lovely tea she provides. Also great location, just a short pleasant walk from from Canada Water tube station on the jubilee line from Waterloo. Great value ten ⭐️
