Very good - Energetic and passionate guide

Great Day Out - My sister got me this for my Birthday and we spent a very enjoyable few hours on this tour last Sunday.
Konstantine was our guide and he was fab, super engaging, had lots of HP facts to add to the script, and was full of energy. We had to leave unexpectedly quickly at the end of the tour at Kings Cross ,and so didn’t get to say a genuine thank you for making it so enjoyable, no mean feet in the pouring rain!!
The tour itself was really good, there is a fair bit of getting on and off the coach, it’s not just sitting on the coach for the whole experience. Some people stayed on the coach when we get off so don’t worry if you’d rather remaining no bars, you will miss out on some of the script though as most of the script was at the filming locations. The script was delivered by Konstantine with in an engaging but clear way, along with humour and enthusiasm along with a few videos on the coach which kept it interesting. I also learnt a few HP facts I hadn’t known before!!

Recommended. - We were expecting a quite boring tour, instead we loved it! Infos not only on Harry Potter's films, but also some other movies and series.

Magical tour! - We took part in the "Wizards London Bus Tour of Harry Potter Film Locations".
The tour was really interesting, to discover the locations of the saga of the famous wizard.
Benny was a fantastic guide, very attentive to the needs of all participants and brilliant in overcoming a small initial obstacle that was completely unexpected and not dependent on the organization of the tour.
We visited the locations of the film both on foot and by bus but we were also provided with interesting more general historical and cultural notes on the city of London.
I will definitely consider taking another tour with this agency during my next visit to London

Magical Harry Potter London bus tout - Very enjoyable 3 hour trip, the guide Stephen was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic it raised the trip from interesting to fascinating. The walking segments worked really well even on a dreary sunday morning.
Very highly recommended for anyone who likes the Harry Potter films.

Hp london bus tour locations, great time - Great tour, insightful lots of facts and knowledge. Tour guide michael was great, down to earth and laugh. If you not done, this is something to go a do and family friendly.

Terrible experience! Don't buy these packages - Terrible experience!
I booked via a smartphone given to me for my birthday and the info was sent to me via email, too bad it wasn't very clear and although we arrived at the meeting point an hour earlier we couldn't find the guide (it wasn't clear where had worn and above all without an identifying t-shirt or a sign) and we missed the bus tour. After sending a complaint via email, they first wanted to dupe me with a 20% discount on a future tour and then in the end they offered us a walking tour. Also in this case an absurd meeting point (Westminster metro stop and for those familiar with London you can imagine especially at 2pm!) and also in this case the guide had a wand as an identifying character (neither a t-shirt nor a sign). The walking tour was terrible, I don't know about the bus tour as we didn't get to join in the end
Terrible experience! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

What's experience ever. - My whole money was wasted. The tour guide could not even bother to call the people before the tour to make sure they get to him. What's more is that the guide was not even reachable when tried to contact with. I waited at the meeting point for over 40 minutes trying to connect with him or the customer support. I was put on hold for over 15 mins and still their customer support could not do a thing and even denied the refund when there services were denied.

We didn’t finish the... - We didn’t finish the entire tour because it wasn’t what we were expecting it to be. I think the tour is for the die hard HP fans. We found the tour boring.
